It's an obvious gag! I bet someone's already done something on it somewhere Ahh, right. My mistake.
-
The 'present' being a particularly nasty case of T-virus infection? Perhaps localised entirely in her genitals... "Curse of the Zombie Pussy! Eat it before it eats you!" I think RE2 was the only RE game I ever played all the way through.
-
I for one have never even heard of Dragon Quests I through IV, and so am unable to comment on V.
-
Book burning eh? So, what else do you have in common with the fundies?

I gotta say, it does read more like extra-snarky constructive criticism than a flame to me. It can be hard to tell though - I just realised one of my reviews, quoted on the first page of this thread, "I feel disgusted just from reading that." was probably meant as the highest compliment rather than a flame. Certainly it isn't a personal attack of any nature, and doesn't have the one line "Die in a fire" or "Your mind is horrible" comments of other reviews I've received. If you can, look at the review gratefully and see if you can find relevence of the criticism offered on an impersonal writing basis. I'd really appreciate more detailed reviews of that nature, but as I hardly write now I don't see many coming in future!

I don't think I've ever seen any, but I too would be interested to look at some.

I thought the Twilight message was 'Not fuckin' equals love'?
-
Another classic flame for me! The ol' "You wrote a fictionally nasty story so you should DIE FOR REAL!" Gotta love them author burnin' priorities. A shame the email is hidden, I expect they're a real intellectual sort.

I thought it automatically PM'd people when you sent naughty points. Maybe that was on one of the older versions of the software... or more likely I am mixed up

...Well, none of my violent sexual mutilation or excrable puns have broken a boundary yet, but I'm sure there's time. There is a rule against real person minors featuring in stories, so that's a boundary. Psychostorm is fairly regular on the forum (last post July 26th, I see!) so If you wanted to ask them specific questions about that story you could always PM to get their attention

This is a good point!

Mystery Men (1999 movie) Fanfic Challenge/Request!
JayDee replied to Kahmunrahs_Loveslave's topic in Movies
I liked that movie. If I wrote that fanfiction pairing I would resort to the blatently-obvious-tired-old "give her a good forking" gag... I haven't seen it in so long I wouldn't do the best job, though, so I'd have to give this request a miss. -
I know, I know, but it's possible - some people seem to archive everything they see... Basically, it was a PWP and featured Kate Lockley in a cop uniform getting screwed by her dad. It even made Godawful FanFiction! Username was Joandoe then, I'm pretty sure. I took it down to do some re-writes, and somehow lost it. Anybody got a copy?

Do twitterfiction and microfiction have a place on AFF.net?
JayDee replied to temp_anon's topic in Writers' Corner
I sure hope not. -
Well, if he's not lying about his age, he's 17 - http://forum.travian.us/member.php?u=22049 (click contact info tab) But any troll could use just about anyone's email to leave a flame. Meh.

Asking for requests and ideas in the requests section makes sense to me I don't have any game/anime requests at the moment tho and I've not played Warhammer 40K either so I can't think of anything to request!
-
Ended up sitting though this movie again recently, and I'm not usually one for F/F pairings* but if anyone would like to write a story about Joey Summerskill (Terry Farrell) and Terri (Paula Marshall) after she became a Cenobite I'd love to read it! "I can dream now, Joey. Oh, you wouldn't believe what I can dream of now." Not sure if it would fit properly into the film continuity, but there's surely ways to write around that. My thanks to any who might consider this request, and to any of you who've read it. Because I am polite *Can't write them well either. Gotta take another shot at that just for practice some time.

I had a year or so off writing (except for very short bits) when I stopped using my old pen name and later started as JayDee. Some people go years!
-
Thank you for your thoughts on this query, It sounds like you need to chat with the tech guys on it then on the technical side of it but that's a good philosophical answer from you as owner As for me, I figured it was probably too much fuss to use another pen name just to re-upload some old stories now, but I hope it may be of use to other users for me to have asked this question

The recommended reading function seems like it might do what you want, though it would be visible to everyone: http://www2.adult-fanfiction.org/forum/inde...?showtopic=3444

I used to write stuff under a username other than JD/JayDee. That other username is known to real world family, where JayDee surely isn't. Is it acceptable to have stories in multiple user accounts on the archive site? I couldn't see any specific rules against it, and it doesn't seem any different to famous authors with different pen names (Stephen King / Richard Bachman etc), but I wanted to ask rather than assume.
-
I signed up to facebook, but don't really use it. To be honest, I'd probably not want to tell all my real life friends about my fanfiction writing. I told some when I used to write milder stuff under another pen name, and even then they took the piss (not out of the quality, which would have been fair enough with the lack of experience four or five years ago, but that I was writing fanfiction smut... Hell, it's fair enough to criticise the quality now. I'm no Chaucer!) Now, with the extreme content I pretty much would not want it on facebook at all! Part of the issue is, at least round here, companies seem to be firing people for the mildest things related to facebook - there was a 16 year old girl who'd never given any indication where she worked, who said on facebook her job was boring. The company found out and fired her. So I'd be boned!

UK: Snuff story writer gets prosecuted
JayDee replied to NinjaGaijin's topic in Legal Questions/Debates
http://news.bbc.co.uk/1/hi/england/tyne/8124059.stm A former civil servant who wrote an internet article imagining the kidnap and murder of the pop group Girls Aloud has been cleared of obscenity. Darryn Walker, 35, from South Tyneside, was charged after the blog appeared on a fantasy pornography site. He appeared at Newcastle Crown Court on Monday but was cleared after the prosecution offered no evidence. Well, he's lost his job and his life is effectively ruined, but he got off. -
I have just completed a oneshot story, written in response to a request from KZ-01 down in the requests board of this very site! It's quite different to most of my stories, lacking as it does violent torture and character death. I hope this might appeal to some of you. Title: The Taking of Felicia Hardy Author: JayDee/JD Rating: Adult+ Summary: The Taking of Felicia Hardy Feedback: 'an it please you. Fandom: Comics > Spiderman ('cos putting Felicia in general would be like putting Lois Lane outside Superman) Codes: Angst, Bond, ChallengeFic, COMPLETE, Dom, Humil, Language, M/F, N/C, OC, Oneshot, Oral, Other, Preg, PWP, SoloF URL: http://comics.adult-fanfiction.org/story.php?no=600060544 Thanks! ~JD
