  1. Links are allowed, as long as you put some kind of a description before them to explain what they contain. It should be enough to put something like “Fully clothed” or “NSFW, partial/full nudity/revealing clothing” in the description and any other details you think could be necessary. We are still working out what exactly would be needed in a description of a link, but for now it’s enough to just mark it for NSFW – nudity content. As long as you are in the process of writing a story and intend to post it in the Archive, then it’s alright. Willow Darkling, forum moderator.
  2. Images are not allowed anywhere except for the Art Forum. And this is supposed to be a forum for discussing stories that are already written, or in the process of being written, not for challenges. Willow Darkling, forum moderator.
  3. Guest kage, this is a thread asking someone to write a story based on the premise given in the top post, not a thread to ask for a story. Therefore I have hidden your post. If you want suggestions for stories, I suggest you post an inquiry to our Searching For a Fic? forum, in the appropriate subforum. Any further search posts added to this thread will be deleted. Willow Darkling, forum moderator.
  4. I’m going to step in here, and remind everyone that this is supposed to be a thread for a story that is already written and posted, so please, at least get the story up before you start to suggest additions and changes. Willow Darkling, forum moderator.
  5. Brilliant, George If you need help with anything of that sort, just let me know. And it looks like someone posted a comment for your thread on this thread.
  6. As Bronx said the Aimless Babble forum is restricted to members. But you can create a thread for discussions in the appropriate Fan Fiction forum like Melrick pointed out, just label or title it as such. I’ve seen a number of our users do this. If you already have some kind of a discussion going in your Aimless Babble forum thread that you would like moved to the new thread, just let us know and I can move it.
  7. It looks awesome, love! Congratulations, I’m so happy for you!
  8. An archive profile is a requirement for a forum profile, and an active link to the archive profile is mandatory.

  9. Story content is not allowed in the Forum. I left only three lines, rather than the usual ten, because of the graphic nature of the text. Any further story content posted in this thread will be deleted without notice. Please provide a link to the story once it is posted. Willow Darkling, forum moderator.
  10. Please conduct all discussions of this story in the review reply thread provided. Willow Darkling, forum moderator.
  11. We do not allow links to archive sites that post deleted stories without the original author’s permission. The above post has been edited accordingly. Any further posts with links of that kind will be deleted. Willow Darkling, Forum Moderator.
  12. I think this fits better in the GSQs, since you’re not exactly asking for a new category, so I’ve moved it. But, it’s a good question.
  13. Well… ten days since summer officially started, and we have snow… <_< No joke, it was snowing this morning. Not raining, fracking snowing! Thankfully it didn’t stick, but for fuck’s sake, COME ON!!

::head meets desk:: Well… today I’ve got actual snow. As in big ass flakes and no visibility past 2 or 3 kilometres… I swear, the Vikings were idiots, thinking this rock was inhabitable…

Thank you, CloverReef… and I’ll cross everything for you, for the medical appointment.

  14. I just noticed something in your post, but I’m not sure it is all that important. But the site went from the .net domain to a .org domain, not .com. Don't know how much that matters, but it stuck out to me.
  15. That’s brilliant and thank you for this, I am sure that our tech admin will be happy to see those links. Please add any more links if you find them, or indeed write them by editing the post above and add the new links where they belong, just to keep all the links in the same place. It makes things easier for our admin. As I mentioned before our tech admin is ridiculously busy so it might take some time before she can add these categories, so please be patient with us. Willow Darkling, forum moderator.
  16. The required format for category requests can be found here: http://www2.adult-fanfiction.org/forum/topic/63215-requesting-a-new-category/ As is stated there, since you are requesting pairing specific categories, we need a link to a minimum of 5 stories in each category, already posted in the archive before the category can be created. So, please, provide links to stories which would fall under each category, for our tech admin, since it will make it easier for her to move those stories to the appropriate category, which I think she does when she creates it. Also, please be patient since the only person who can create new categories is insanely busy with RL work, and it might take a while before she can get to creating the new categories. Willow Darkling, forum moderator.
  17. By the looks of things, the original challenge is still up for grabs, and there does not seem to have been any response to it, so if you are interested in writing something in response to the challenge, you are free to do so, unless the OP chimes in.
  18. Moved to a more appropriate forum.
  19. Moved to a more appropriate forum.
  20. As BronxWench pointed out above, story content is not allowed in the Forum, therefore your post has been edited accordingly. I suggest you consider BronxWench’s suggestion and find something like GoogleDocs to work on the story with the author. WillowDarkling, Forum moderator.
  21. I take it that by “Main site” you mean the archives? If that’s what you mean, I need to move this to the archive tech support. But remember to clear cookies and cache, and that you can’t reset the password with the same password, it has to be a new one… That’s about all the help I am when it comes to this issue, I’m afraid.
  22. If the author allows anonymous reviews on their story, there should be a Review Story button at the bottom of the chapters. If the author does not allow anonymous reviews, then you need to be logged into the Archive to review. If you do not have an account on the Archive, you can always check if the author has a Review Reply thread (most authors post a link to that in their stories, otherwise you will need to search the appropriate subforum for one) and you can leave a post there. Guests can post in that part of the forum, so you do not need an account to see those threads.
  23. It does give the best results to create your own topic to ask for assistance. But we only allow one account per user, so if the system says you are already registered then the archive mods will help you figure that out as soon as they can. So please don’t try to create a new account, but rather try to give as much detail as you can about the problem that you are running into, and the mods will help as soon as they have the time.
  24. Since it obviously bears repeating:
  25. I edited the title of the original post to reflect that the OP wants Teen Titans fics. I missed this myself, this morning, so lets hope this clears things up.
