Use your jump menu, select naruto in the dropdown, and click go. Add your story there, not to anime. Anything added to a subdomain it doesn't belong in, is deleted as soon as we find it. No one is in the process of moving it, obviously, as that would be me. You would know, as I would have communicated WITH you regarding the movement of the story. If you're not logged in when you post, you will be listed as a guest. It's how the forum works. As to why no one answered you, the answer is simple, I was at work. We do have other things we do besides mod here ya know.

The only way I have to actually fix this is rather time consuming, and time is something I have very little of. What I'll do is add it to the list of things to do that I have...and what that means is when I do this, I'll be removing the hyphen, searching the tables FOR B-Mod and changing it to BMod, and that should fix it.

You'll need to delete the one from the anime subdomain, and re-add to the correct one.

Only thing I can think of to try, it to remove the hyphen. The search function is seeing that you want to search for "b" MINUS "mod". This only compounds its problems there, as the search parameter MUST have 4 or more characters

All I can say about it, is if they really like the work, they'll wait for updates. Thing is, people have to understand that you have real life obligations to take care of as well. Not only that, on the inspiration end? If it's not there, you can't force it. You have to wait for it, as much as your readers do.

Not only that, the forums FOR the replies are set to accept guest posters, so they don't have to register. In addition, if they have an OpenID, the forum recognizes those as well. So, they STILL don't have to create a login.

My question for you on the above, is which part of the Marvel Universe are you writing about? What game title are you referencing? That's what we look for. For example, if you're writing X-Men and something else, you'd change it to I don't own XMen or (whatever the game title is).

Yes, the forum content is all the same as it was The modifications (arcade, battlemod and etc) are no longer working, so if you used them, you have to wait until I find a suitable replacement written in php5. The skin you see is the default. Like the modifications, NONE of the old skins work with this board version. But, if you scroll down to the bottom, the skin selector is there, with some other options, and more to be added. Try Nature from the dropdown, as I think that'll probably feel more comfortable to you. I still have to find out the exact specs that are allowed for logo images, before replacing what the default came with. All I can tell you about that, at the moment, is the OLD logo doesn't work at all. Which means that I have to replace it, within specifications called for by the software. As soon as I find out what that spec IS. If you want, I can change the skin selection for you. Just let me know.

Yes. As time allows, I will be porting back in modifications as they're rewritten for this version. Just as this software was completely rewritten in php5, so have the modifications been, or are in the process of. Gotta remember, it took the programmers for the board software almost 2 years to rewrite it from the ground up. It's taking the programmers who write the modifications a long time as well, to rewrite THEIR stuff from the ground up to work with the board. Review response - Apparently (I checked the time you were logged in to the archive), when you were trying to login in to the forum, at the time I was starting the forum upgrade. Because at that point I was overwriting files, the software was making calls for database tables which did not exist yet. Once I had started the upgrade routines from within the software, you would've seen an offline board message if you tried during that point of the upgrade. I had the board turned back online at roughly 9:30 pm EDT, I think it was.

Guest posting is now active and working again. I'll have some pre-made selectable skins installed probably tomorrow. It's going to TAKE me awhile to figure out the new skinning protocols

I expect once I find whether or not they've actually made this compatible to an IPB 3.x, then I'll port it in. As this version of the board is written in php5.x, not 4.x or earlier; that means all the modifications that were written for the older board will not work for this one. Having said that, once this is updated, it'll import the old settings which are still stored in the database, or at least it should.

Running a tad behind schedule, had to go to the store. Upgrade to commence now.

I've backed up the forum files and structure, as well as the complete database. Expect the upload of software, and then upgrade to start by 7pm tonight my time (EDT -5GMT). As I said, at that point, I'll be turning the board OFF line. At certain points of the upgrade, you may get a white screen, and the offline message. Not to worry, this is actually NORMAL for part of it.
