The second chapter of “Augmented2” is posted! Chapter 2: The Need for Speed

A few things: –Chapter 2 of “Augmented2" is currently in beta. –I’m not sure which of the other stories I'm working on will be ready to post next. I've got a ton of stuff in progress, but nothing is especially close to being ready for prime time. –I've finally decided that The List of Twenty needs to shrink. Having so many stories in progress at one time pretty much guarantees that they all get written at a glacial pace (unless I focus heavily on one at the expense of the others). But at the same time, I don't want to make the list so short that I look at it and think, "I don't feel like working on any of these.” I've let the number of stories on the list decline to 18 (simply by not starting new ones after finishing a couple of old ones); I'll let it ease down to 15 or 16 and see how that goes.

“Itch Versus Scratch” is now complete! Chapter 4: Unattainable

I’m trying to add a new chapter to my story “Casino Night” (https://cartoon.adult-fanfiction.org/story.php?no=600096930), but after I paste the chapter title and text into the appropriate boxes and click POST NEW CHAPTER, the boxes go blank and the chapter doesn’t get posted. I tried logging out and back in, and restarting my machine in case the problem was on my end, but it didn’t help. Can you?

So, chapter 3 of “Casino Night” went to beta about a week ago, and I’m expecting it back any time. And chapter 1 of “Augmented2” went to beta literally 2 minutes ago, so I’m expecting it back...sometime. My next goal will be getting the 4th and final chapter of “Itch Versus Scratch” beta-ready, although it still needs a fair amount of work.

As it happens, I’ve been writing a story involving poker. In that story, the cards are marked with ink that can only be seen under a blacklight. This is done to prevent people cheating by having a literal ace up their sleeve. But you could do something else with the invisible ink. Maybe, at a random point during the came, the lights go out and the black light comes on, revealing that certain cards have something written on them. Maybe its a sexual act they have to perform, or a person they have to perform it with. Or maybe it’s the chips that are marked.
