You still have two stories under the account, which will be permanently deleted when the account is deleted. Do you need time to retrieve those stories?

As I said, I’m trying to find out what’s happening. When I look at your account, at least the information that I can see, there is a key piece that isn’t appearing, which indicates a successful validation. So, I can see the account isn’t not validated. What I can’t see is the why of it.

I’m trying to get answers, I promise. I’m not sure why this is going so wrong for some members, and working fine for others.

Try logging out and then logging in again. It might force a password reset for you. If not, I can add you to the queue for the manual reset.

I’m glad it worked! I always remember what my IT guys used to tell me. Either log out and log back in, or just turn it off, count to 30, and turn it on again. It generally worked!

It makes it faster if I don’t have to scour 30 separate threads across five categories (not to mention the many emails coming in) when it comes time to do the manual resets. I’m told that less than 1% of our members are experiencing issues, but those members are still important to us, and we don’t want to leave anyone out. I’m probably just as frustrated as you are, and perhaps even more so, but I’m doing my best to offer assistance.

I don’t know if all the emails have gone out yet. As of this morning, we were only 75% done.
