My beautiful BronxWench – thank you for the marvelous gifts: your story, your amazing writing, your guidance and most importantly your friendship. I cannot wait to carve out some time with a warm mug and your newest tale. You are truly a blessing in my life.
I’ve been writing on this blessed website for years. I usually delete stories if I’ve written like a couple chapters and I don’t get many hits.
There’s only a single story that I’ve kept. Grand Inquisition. It's just with life got in the way. Haha.
Its pretty much on near-permanent hiatus. I put alot of effort into it. I mean I got two, three chapters left its just.
Its like I got the finale planned but well...the journey to said finale is just… Not me any more. Or rather not whom I was or am currently.
A bittersweet journey’s end is still bitter.
Oh I hear ya. I’m not saying you should remove the old one or destroy it…or even publish the revised version. Just to perform this as a writing exercise. The reason is many aspiring writers tend to hit a point where they are plagued by self doubt. This happens to pro writers too. Sometimes looking back at what you’ve done can give you a bit of perspective. It can also advise you as to what your style may have lost as you developed and what you can do to get it back.
