I guess the more chapters you got, the more detail and things happening, the bigger a project gets. Some authors prefer to knock out oneshots, others seem not to be happy unless there's at least 60 chapters. If it ends up with nobody taking the request as is, you could always sit down and write like a point by point treatment of what you want in the story, then maybe expand the points some more, expand on them a bit. Then a bit of polishing and some dialogue and you got a story!

Hi Warellis, I don't know that it's a case of difficulty, it's probably more it being a smaller fandom in AFF terms, or the request sadly and simply not appealing enough to the writers who do know the fandom enough to check it out . It seems a lot of folks would refrain from replying to a request just to say they can't/won't do a story because doing so would get the requesters hopes up to see a reply, only to cruelly smash 'em! Like this. Sorry 'bout that. FWIW, as requests go I think it's a fairly detailed one that sets out what you want and that's no bad thing. Better than "Someone should do something with Lilith!!!" See, in my case I can't do it because 1) I'm up to my ass in another story 2) There's a couple others I'd like to do afterwards and 3) If I did a Darkstalkers fic, it would totally be be Felicia and Hsien-Ko, and called something like "Cat got the Corpse." ...different tastes, I guess. G'luck though, finding someone to take it!

I'm not a mod, obviously. Standards and what not. But, I can't think of any reason why editing both chapters to swap text wouldn't work, and you can always edit chapter titles too. I'm now curious if there is a reason why deletion/re-posting required, seems like an odd rule if it's a rule rather than a technical thing I'm missing! Must remember to check back later!

Gotta agree, regular schedule is the way to go. I wish I could keep regular with updates meself!

Eh, that gallimaufry prompt wasn't too terrible - but, we had it rough in those weeks! No, but seriously, content aside (and anything I did with Real Persons) 'cos the current story I'm on is too gory for some, and not gory enough for others (waaay less gory than the source game!) some of the writing in my old stories is appallingly weak in places, I went back through one of my older Mortal Kombat chapters before starting on my current multi-parter and it has bits that're clunky as fuck! Instead of word pictures, imagine an etch-a-sketch being used by a one handed gal on a roller coaster. I'm not fishing for praise here with that comment - the shit I really can't stand I took down from everywhere I could. Like this one Dragon Ball Z request I did as a despite knowing nothing about the series. I assumed it was something like Pokemon. Apparently not. That was a steaming pile...

Sorry 'bout the errors, feel free to point to any specifically wrong, 'cos even with a couple drafts it's possible for me to overlook 'em Funnily enough, the first draft was less gory, but without the extra violence then, amongst other things, it didn't really emphasise Sonya's change over to the Outworld mindset enough. Getting off over a slapfest isn't the same as over Mileena taking that poor ol' palette swap apart. I'll give warning now, that as the story's planned there's a bit of violence in parts 6, 7 and 8 too so it might not be your cup of tea to continue! I guess Mortal Kombat wasn't really known for having peaceful solutions to problems. Friendships don't count Sorry for confusion over the comment - what I meant by was "There's kicking in part 5, and no foot focus. Am I evil?" - the kicking was in this part with Mileena kicking Hornbuckle, and Hornbuckle's flying kick back, so I was kind've jokingly apologising for the characters using their feet but in a non-sexual way, given the feet-requests in the reviews.

So I unleashed my google fu, and thanks to screencaps and descriptions I know 1) is Cyber City Oedo 808, 3) is the little miniseries version of Vampire Princess Miyu (and the stalker wasn't a journalist!) and I think that 5) may well have been Battle Angel, but I don't really remember it well enough apparently. I certainly don't recall any sex, but the descriptions seem to suggest it had a shitton. So it's just the damn dragon thing. And now I really want to see Cyber City Oedo 808 again most of all.

Which is why I sit terrified whenever I post fanfiction that my door will be kicked down and I'll be dragged off for crimes against humanity. Sorry for all the delays, I'm not as expert on getting out multi-part fiction as some folks (Some might say my Black Cat story has been awaiting a final part for a few years... They wanna see the adventures of Boner, the ugliest security dog in the world) and I have just been so busy with real life stuff I haven't had the energy to write. This is the current status: I started the first draft of part 5, stopped, threw it away. Re-wrote the complete part first draft last week. Sent it to the requester who made some very good points for how to improve it, so I need to implement them and then it ought to be good to go. Just time/energy again, I'm afraid. I sometimes think I should have held off posting any of the parts until it was all complete. Thank you for your continued interest! I am dedicated to finishing this story even if I take a while, and at least with a planned ending after eight parts I have something to aim at.

I got lucky! He did two of mine in the end Other one was here, and I had hopes for more but then Rob Bricken went to work for another site and Fan Fiction Friday stopped. Archive is still there and worth a look tho'

Hey man, I respect your creativity and all, but like I said when y'emailed me I'd generally prefer not to see celeb stuff. I realise that the version on AFF isn't a celeb story, but it's still real people photo manips. And while I gotta give props for the suprisingly appropropriate Predator cock I'd really appreciate it if you didn't share more photomanips with me. Please don't take this the wrong way, because I totally get you're expressing your creativity around my stories and I do respect that, but these days it makes me a little uncomfortable. It's way me. It's weird, because I like drawings and that, but photo manips terrify me. Obviously it's up to you what you choose to do, I can only put my thoughts out there in reply. Still not made any progress on part 5 of 'lust, have been busy as all heck and I started it but didn't like what I had. So back to the drawing board. A second review for Struck Down and Sodomised, the latest in what is apparently a long, long line of Sheeva with a cock stories. At least based on the reviews for the non-cock story. Thank you for this review also! The other MK story I'm writing, Shokan Lust, is hopefully ending as a prequel to this one, so when it is written part 8 could well have cock!Sheeva (unless I end up doing strap-on instead!) Really nice to get feedback on the story so thank you again.

Ahh. Well. Five Women. One Night. [AFF Edit Edition] a story I wrote, and then re-edited for AFF to change one major and some minor characters. Was a very long story for me and whenever I look at it again now the writing feels scrappy as hell. So many errors. I once planned out a sequel, was gonna have Rain Robinson from Star Trek: Voyager. Yeah, these would definitely be quite old series, at least from the 1990s if not older - Akira sounds right, looked it up and yes! That's it! As for the bomb collars, yes I remember the other guys now, and I thought the one guy was a criminal so makes sense others would be. I don't think it's Gantz though. Hi, This is not fanfiction specific so I have posted here. I saw some series or possibly they were just tv movies/miniseries type one offs years ago and I cannot recall what they were called, so with the hugely active anime boards here I figured someone might be able to identify what they were. I can remember some of the series names like Dominion Tank Police, Ghost in the Shell, Pokemon etc I don't think any of them were hentai/porny ones. It's not real important ('nother point in favor of aimless babble posting) but I was kinda curious so I will start with these five: 1) I think the characters had some kind of bomb collars on their necks. There was one guy with like white or pale hair who looked pretty feminine, and I think he was a criminal of some kind. It was awesome. 2) In another one, there were these people who were dragon or dragon spirits and there was a lot in there about tension between Japan and America and there was one woman who was a total bitch who might have been half American and I think she lost. 3) A little vampire girl and her masked buddy had wacky adventures. A journalist stalked them. 4) Kick ass biker scenes, lots of explosions, think it was some kind of post-war civil war type thing and psychic powers. Akira! Thanks 5) There was a girl who was some kind of robot or android (not Ghost in the Shell) and I think a floating city where rich people lived tethered to the ground with something like spinning blades moving up and down that stopped people climbing up. Any ideas? I don't wanna google fu, because I'm lazy. And also "android girl" and "feminine lookin' dude" returns many, many replies. Must be tropes.
