It sounds like you're in entirely the wrong subdomain. The archive defaults to anime as the subdomain that you start in. So, you need to use the jump menu, located on the left side of your user cp. Select naruto from the drop down, click go, and then publish

That's what I'm saying. It's not uncommon for an author to pull a story entirely, to rework it. I see that every day.

Considering the author's account is still active and what not, I'd bet she/he took it down for reworking or something. They do that, lol.

For one, guest users can view forum profiles, and click the email link and use the board to email. For another, the entire Fanfiction category is set up for guest posting, of all kinds. Whether starting topics, replying to topics, or whatever. Guests just can't use the pm system. The PM system requires one to be registered.

When I deleted this author, it was for a different story entirely. It just so happens that Meretrix was one of his/her stories listed as well. As the original is not on this site, and I'd not looked to see if that was plagiarised as well, I've no idea who originally wrote it. Sorry.

The author and all content were deleted for plagiarism.

Looking at the login info and everything else, my bet is its the same one I've deleted several times over the past two months

Hey all, A reminder, if you can manage it, to donate to disaster relief. The need is great, worldwide. ESPECIALLY in Japan and New Zealand at the moment. If you're more interested in domestic type relief, the sites linked to above can and do have it set up for you to donate to specific regions. Finally, if you look at most of 'em, money is not the ONLY donation accepted. There are many other forms of donations which aid organizations take all the time.

bedsight, if you had it bookmarked, just the story, the story would be linked to directly, and that has nothing to do with categories, subcategories and whatever. The story bookmarks which no longer work, are the very old ones, from before the split into many subdomains years ago.
