It is good to have you back on line. Even as much as we harass you for more stories it is because "we" enjoy them so much. I remember the planes. Question was how did they get on the ice. Landing on a ice runway is super tricky unless you have several miles for rollout. B

I have to agree with COJimmy. I think the deepest love is with Emma. He goes along with some of her wishes to please her AND in some cases to assist with the recovery of some of the girls. The master will let us know in his own good time - after some of us have gone bonkers waiting. B

Stealing an aircraft is sort of anti Max. Some of the 130's were outfitted for JATO units (I think). Should be some small strips in Alaska. A lot of light planes there. Just have to find one long enough to handle a 130. They do need a little more landing room than a Piper Cub. Wasn't the rush to get home in 3 days so the girls could start school on opening day? Who would be flying the 130? B

Freak storm (tornado) delays school opening for a while? Or get in handheld sat phone range and call house to blind satellites. Then run on surface. B
