Thanks for getting it up. I hope that writing this will help you remove some of the pain of the real life experience. It would appear to me that you have PTSD even if you were not in combat. There ARE other things in life that produce similar stress. Good chapter. I think you did a fine job of expressing the emotional conflict. I hope the next chapter will have some relief for both of them. B

If memory serves you said a double cliffhanger. You delivered ! How many pods do they have with them? Thinning the heard with Evan? Shouldn't the nanites be able to coagulate the blood from the bullet wounds? Of course "we" will have to pester the H out of you for the next one. By the way there is no such thing as too long a chapter! Too short yes - too long NO. B

Well the translator program couldn't handle it either. And the next chapter is not up either. B

He DOES knit !! Haven't you seen it? Only he does it with little pointy things that travel very fast. And at the end he ties it altogether with something that goes BOOM - sort of like a fancy bow. B Or maybe one is the rescue and the other is Joanne. B

I agree that some of the chapters seem to be fill while he figures out exactly how he wants to approach the BIG scenes. IF he needs more time to get to the rescue having the women/girls put Joanne in her place seem to me to be almost as exciting as the real rescue. Think about it - rescuing someone from themselves ! B

Now that is going to be INTERESTING!! Whether in VW or RL when the women get done width her and the girls start in it should be an excellent chapter unto itself. The raid or Joanne which comes first?? The verbal fireworks or the real?? B

Nah too far out in my opinion. The sci-fi so far is realistic enough to make it believable. Some of it is probably already operational just not announced to the public yet. B

OK Read 36. Good story as usual. Flashbacks putting some more things in perspective. BUT you seem to be dancing around the main topic the rescue. Not yhe first time! Npt a cliffhanger just makes "us" want to rattle your chain for more. B

Girls wanting/needing expensive stuff shouldn't be a surprise. IF it is time to stop messing with HE. If not and you like making things go BOOM try contacting a local demo company. They do have jobs that can utilize that skill WITHOUT having to low crawl in and dodging small flying objects. Now gotta go read 36. B .

YEAH. They get that way when you disappear for a while with basically no warning UNLESS you normally do this on last minuet confidential missions. When you get home throw your hat in first - if that draws a round, have the florist deliver some roses first. B

Hope book 3 is a long way off - enjoying GITG too much. "Let there be no doubt in your military mind" he will come at us so far out of the field that there isn't a name for it. I guess that is one of the reasons so many of us follow him like a shadow on a bright day. He has already made a statement with his foot. If they are smart it will be lesson learned WITHOUT the pain. B
