I just can't seem to keep them under 10K per chapter, each book is over half a million words...so many characters and you want to developethem and give them page time so readers care about them...and that builds long chapters FYI "WE" did notice the shortened chapter. The shorter chapters that some are talking about in their writings would leave many of us just frustrated. The longer chapters are much nicer from a readers perspective. B

Been there - different wound. Only thing I can say "Rome wasn't built in a day". Takes time and . perseverance. You have got to want to get better AND that has got to be your main focus. Put what you want to do after you get better on the back burner. B
