Ah, so it seems my problem was that I couldn’t tell that you were talking about two different characters. Maybe I just wasn’t paying close enough attention.
-
Yes, I am. I’ve written several original stories in the first person, but honestly, it’s never even occurred to me to try writing a fanfic that way. It just seems too daunting to try to be fully in character in every single sentence...although now I’m becoming curious to try it.

Okay, last post of 2019! First, a recommendation: I recently started reading @FairySlayer’s Spazzgirl Letters, and so far, I’m quite enjoying it. It's an anthology of sex stories, each one about a lesbian encounter between two loli characters from two different cartoon series. Each story comes in the form of a “Penthouse Letters”-style tale told from the POV of one of the participating characters. This, to me, is next-level stuff: Writing dialogue that is faithful to a character’s voice is one thing, but writing an entire story that way is quite another. (I’ve never been bold enough to try it.) I’m not familiar with every character, but four chapters in, I’m finding it plenty entertaining. Second, I’ve been doing another cycle through all 20 stories, and it’s looking like the next thing I’ll finish is a one-shot titled “Kiss and Make Up” (my thanks to @Sinfulwolf for the title suggestion). The summary: When her teenage son and daughter won't stop fighting, a mother forces them to confront the true cause of the tension between them. But she might wish she hadn't. Happy New Year, all!

I’m afraid I still don’t get it. It appears that she was a heavenly angel, then became a fallen angel, then became a heavenly angel again. When and how she became a vampire, or married a mortal man, I don’t know.
-
So it appears that my undead-ar is really poor: I misidentified @InBrightestDay’s Lady Aldreda as a vampire and failed to understand that @JayDee’s MC was one. I think the “once-fallen angel” thing confused me because I’ve been watching too much High School DxD.

So, it seems @InBrightestDay and I have passed like ships in the night. My turn to blow the foghorn. From InBrightestDay on December 27, 2019 This was one of those stories that starts out as a simple idea – in this case, “reindeer orgy” – and then just gets away from you and becomes a whole thing. Much of the world-building is a result of that. Whoops, you’re quite right. Apparently, the main function of their UV vision is to avoid being crippled by snow-blindness. Wow, you’re the first person to catch that. Could be, yes. C’mon, how could I not reference that? I posted this story on Inkbunny, too, and of course the main complaint there was about the sex scene with the elf. Actually, it takes hours for the reindeer and days for Santa, because the reindeer aren’t aware of it when Santa stops time. You got me there; I didn’t think that one all the way through. I just thought of the “Nothing tastes like reindeer” line, then remembered a Swedish friend talking about eating reindeer, and I just stuck that line in there. Thanks for the review!

Maybe I could write a story next year about the unexpected sexual adventure of Greta’s twin sister.
-
Ah, okay. I had the idea that albinos have pink eyes, but apparently there isn’t a single, agreed-upon definition of “albino.” In any case, hats off again for a story that is both mentally and emotionally engaging.

Hey, SWP1. Glad you liked “The Ninth Reindeer.” I’m pretty pleased with how it turned out. The next chapter of Wishful is coming right along, but there’s plenty more to do. BTW, I saw The Rise of Skywalker last weekend. Whatever some of its detractors may say, I thought it was fun to watch and a satisfying conclusion to the Star Wars story. Hope you’re having a great holiday.

From JayDee on December 25, 2019 I suppose she would know, given her legendary ability to make a man permanently hard. Thanks! I figured Rudy had enough to deal with without acrimony from his new teammates. And the "welcome orgy" scene wouldn't have worked under those circumstances. This story was partly inspired by artwork I've seen on Inkbunny of hot reindeer getting it on at the gym. I'm a lot more comfortable writing m/m stuff when it's about furries, and I figured this story was a good place to engage in some of that -- particularly given that, with the addition of Rudy, the guys outnumber the girls on the Team. I came up with that very early on in the planning of the story. It was what ultimately inspired me to write the Rudy / Greta scene at the end. I figured I couldn't do a story about talking reindeer without including some comedy. Well, you know, there had to be something to distinguish the Holiday collection from the Halloween one. Thank you!

From Thundercloud on December 24, 2019 LOL. Glad you liked those scenes, even if furries aren't your thing. Thanks. I'm glad. Thanks for the review!

BTW, my apologies for the length of my story. I didn’t have time to write a shorter one.

Re: “Lincoln’s Lesson” From VaultHunter18 on December 21, 2019 Hey, VaultHunter18. I’ve got bullets with your name on them; wait, that came out wrong. You’re not the first person to say that. And thank you. As a matter of fact, I’m working on a sequel to “Enter the Sandboy” that will include a sex scene involving Lincoln, Lori, and Carol. Merry Christmas to you, and thanks for the comment!

At last, “The Ninth Reindeer” is posted! A young reindeer who's fresh out of flight school is recruited at the eleventh hour to join Santa's team for its annual round-the-world flight. And while the training is grueling, there are some pretty sexy perks. Also, after posting chapter 9 of “Make It All Better” last night, I discovered that at some point, I had erroneously tagged that story as complete. It isn’t! There’s still one chapter left to go.

“The Ninth Reindeer” is posted. Hope you’re feeling...is “antlery” a word?

Thanks to an unexpected abundance of both motivation and time this evening, chapter 9 of “Make It All Better” is up! Angie and Daddy try adding something new to their wild sex games: other people.

Hey, all. Making some solid progress on stories this week. I’m particularly pleased to have made a lot on the penultimate chapter of “Make It All Better” – a story I haven’t updated since May. With any luck, I’ll have the chapter posted by the weekend. SWP1, to answer your questions: Pretty well. I actually bought my wife’s present in October, I got my brother something I know he’ll love, and I’m all set on stocking-stuffers. You? It’s coming along nicely, but there’s still plenty left to be written. (You actually just reminded me that I need to take another look at my notes on the characters that are featured in this chapter.) Yes, I bought a 3-year subscription to Disney+ back when they were having that $3.85/month deal. I’ve been watching The Mandalorian and am really enjoying it. (Also glad to be catching up on Amphibia.) Happy holidays!

A new chapter of “Flesh” is posted. Now the story goes from messed up to really messed up. Chapter 5: Lacey’s Big Mistake
-
So...do we have a place to post the stories yet?

Re: “Excuses” From The World's Concubine on December 08, 2019 Thank you! This story was an unusual one for me; whereas I it usually takes me weeks or months to write a story like this one, I wrote most of “Excuses” in one day. I just got so into it that I couldn’t stop. (I still went back and polished it later, of course.) -
Okay, my reindeer story is ready. Just tell me where to stick it! Wait, that came out wrong.
-
Yes, it is very much like that. I’d say that Die Hard and Lethal Weapon are among the best action movies of the ‘80s.

From The World's Concubine on December 05, 2019 Re: "Twins: An Incest Poem" Thanks. And thanks for being the first person ever to comment on it. Re: "Some Girl" Thanks! I originally wrote this for a Valentine's Day contest, and I really wanted the love between Carl and Robin to shine through. "Some Girl" was intended as a one-shot story, but I was so happy with the result that I felt the need to continue on with these characters, which resulted in the "Holiday Trilogy." Re: "Fireworks" Thank you! I was "actually there" in the sense that the resort is based on a real place where I once went on a family vacation. Nothing nearly so exciting happened, though. Re: "Comfort and Joy" Thanks! I really like the idea of familial love manifesting in forbidden ways and being strengthened rather than diminished by that. I'm so glad you enjoyed this trilogy, and I really appreciate your taking the time to comment on it. -
So I recently started watching High School D x D and quickly got hooked. Today, I realized why: It’s got lots of fantasy action and oodles of fanservice, but it’s also got good storylines and genuine emotion. Which is exactly what I try to put into my stories. SWP1, hey there. Some answers to your questions: Yup, already bought most of my Christmas gifts. How about you? As a matter of fact, I am writing a Christmas story right now. Its working title is “The Ninth Reindeer”; it’s about Rudy, a young reindeer who's fresh out of flight school and who is recruited at the 11th hour to join Santa's team for its annual round-the-world flight. And while the training is grueling, there are some pretty sexy perks. I’ll be posting the story in the AFF Holiday Party. Have made a good start on chapter 5 of “Wishful,” but there’s plenty left to write. Definitely looking forward to The Rise of Skywalker. I’ve heard they’re going to get more into Finn’s backstory, which I’ve been curious about. My favorite Christmas movie is Lethal Weapon. How about yours?

Re: “May’s Family” From The World's Concubine on December 03, 2019 Thanks! In hindsight, it almost seems written for you guys.
