@Jenmoon1: First, did you remember to clear all the old cookies? If you need help with that, read this. Next, when you reset the password, did you make sure it was at least 8 characters long? The last thing to check is to make sure that you are using the email account that we have in our records, which would be the one you used when you made the account, generally. Unless you updated it in our database before the new code was rolled out, that's what will show up. If you are still having trouble, let us know exactly what the error message says so we can be a little more helpful. Thanks!

@PiperGrissom: Just to go through some of the more common issues: 1. Please clear your cookies for adult-fanfiction.org. If you do not clear your cookies then you may experience issues as you switch between old and new code. 2. Your password needs to be at least 8 letters/characters, as defined in our FAQs. If you haven't read them yes, please do, since a great deal of information is clearly laid out in the FAQs. 3. You need to be using the email account that is registered with us. If you are unsure which account that is, please email us and we will confirm the account for you. Include your username/penname so we can be sure we're looking at the right account. 4. If you have attempted login and not gotten an error, you will have been sent a validation email. Check your Spam/Junk folder to see if it wound up there. If none of this works, then please email technicalsupport@adult-fanfiction.org with a detailed explanation of the error you are getting, your user name. penname and any other information that cold be helpful. You will be added to the support queue.

Okay, I'm showing 4 accounts with that name in the directory. One is the account you linked above. The other three do not use the same email account as the one you linked, and so I cannot directly associate them with you. I think the best thing to do is to send an email (since we don't want you putting information out here in a public forum) with any email addresses you might have used to technicalsupport@adult-fanfiction.org. This way, the accounts can be merged, once you're added to the queue.
