First, did you remember to clear all the old cookies? If you need help with that, read this.
Next, when you reset the password, did you make sure it was at least 8 characters long?
The last thing to check is to make sure that you are using the email account that we have in our records, which would be the one you used when you made the account, generally. Unless you updated it in our database before the new code was rolled out, that's what will show up.
If you are still having trouble, let us know exactly what the error message says so we can be a little more helpful.
