Hey DS. I hope my review didn't come off as me not liking the chapter. I was feeling terrible because bad things happened to Danni. Because i related to the character and you wrote the situation very well to evoke that response. Wasn't trying to say the chapter was terrible. I totally get were you're coming from. one chapter of my fic involved a non-con scene and one with very dubious consent and writing a fic that dark was seriously difficult to do. I've pretty much avoided attempting any darkfic since then. As to Iceman, MM616 mentioned he thought he was too much of an asshole but like i said I don't think that's the case. Iceman in the show was always a bit reckless and impulsive, doing things on a whim like in joyride or when he stowed away in that episode with the giant metal spider where they had the original five x-men teaming up. (the original five in the comics ,cyke,jean,iceman,angel and beast, not the 1st 5 in evo obviously) So its sort of the thing he would do. He obviously didn't realise she was unwilling so he's not malicious. I wouldn't really change anything about the chapter if you're going to follow through with the storyline. The response of the girls is going to be... interesting to say the least. I wonder if bobby's going to wake up surrounded by boom-boom's bombs.

Are there are good Buffy/Faith fics anyone knows where the tradition roles are reversed? I mean where Faith is inexperienced in f/f sex and its Buffy who is introducing/seducing her into it? All I usually see is bad girl Faith having her way with a more innocent buffy.

That's how i got my beta. Or rather the reverse. I Had a good reviewer always left good comments but also ended up saying; 'please, please! let me beta this for you.' Lol. 'cos while people seem to like my characterisation; my typing is just atrocious. Wow, ok then, No idea why people wouldn't fix that kind of thing then,

OK, I can see where most of the post is coming from but these couple of lines made me go 'uh-huh'? Yes, getting upset a reveiw isn't pure praise, and then deleted the review and/or fic is annoying and childish. On the other hand this part of your post seems to assume that if you give a concrit review the original author is somehow obliged to change it and make the fixes you demand in the review. I mean in the case of typos or wrongly used words that's fair enough you'd think the author would want to change those. But in the case of bigger stuff like plot points or story elements why on earth should they have to listen to you? Don't get me wrong, reviews should be able to leave honest constructive criticism with out where of flaming or reporting or the author throwing a hissy fit. But author's should be able to look at a review and make their own decision on whether to follow its advice or not.

That was my fic, "Bossy In Bed." I deleted it when the upgrade wrecked all the formatting of the archive and I realised I didn't have the time or effort to spare fixing it. I have no plans to repost it and I'm not comfortable with sending people copies.

Intellectually I Know cheating is bad. But generally I don't pass judgement on people for having sex in a porno fic. And not wanting to put words in people's mouths but I bet You're right, this will go down better because a) Duncan's a pratt and b) Scott/Jean is the only correct pair for Scott and Jean as per every incarnation of the Marvel verse apart from that one bad movie. I figure this chapter was pretty faithful to what little character Jean had in Evo. Spiting Duncan by being with Scott was pretty much exactly what she was going to do in Shadow Dance only Taryn got in the way first.
