My RL first name is sufficiently common that I can relate! (More technically, my legal first name is the common “short”, so people assume it’s the long version, an assumption that is true 85% of the time, but I’m in that 15% minority where it’s wrong. And that 15% includes it being a short version for other common names too.)

trying to find a good chatroom like AFF only on discord, for like Erotica writers. But jesus christ. Why? Why would an erotica chat channel forbid talking about controversial stuff?! I feel like that’s all I ever talk about!

Has the benefit that there’s unlikely to be someone else with the same name think it’s theirs!

IKR? I’ve been going as “Chloe” online since I was 13. I’m 32 now. Hearing people call me by my real name feels super weird by now.

BronxWench was my gamer name for ages, and I kept it as my name over on FFN. Because I am seriously creative, it’s also my pen name everywhere else, except fro what I publish. Then I turn into Morwen Navarre. Honestly, I sometimes don’t answer to my real name…

Wooooh! I finished a short story! It was meant to be my entry for the AFF Halloween thingy, but it ended up running a little long. Of course it’s not out of the wordcount limit or even close to it, 7.5k is too long for me so either I’ll suck it up and put it in the anthology as is, or if I manage to write another entry, I’ll split this one into a two-parter and post it normally. Eeeee I’m just happy I finally finished something! Yay!
