There have to be five pre-existing stories in the archive before I create a pair specific category.

This is identical to what the user posted to their ffn account as well. No special notes about asking for a beta in German, or nothing like that, in either place.

These two look to be plain old troll fic, I'll process the profiles accordingly, so leave the "stories" up for now until I get that done.

As I'm the one who checks the spreadsheet we work from, I pass along thanks from the rest of us. I've not had a chance to check the current sweep data (since Tuesday) and expect to do that tomorrow.

At this point, I'd say it's likely I've deleted them by now for non correction. I won't know that for sure until I look at the sheet. If you read the notice you were given on your review board, you would have seen that if you did not correct the issue or issues pointed out that the story or stories would be hidden. You would then have ALSO seen that if you continued to leave the story non compliant, that eventually it or they would be deleted. I do wait a minimum of 30 days to delete once I've hidden something.

Deleted all the above... As to why the user is posting teasers for others? Hard to say, but it's not the first time we've seen it. In any case, just means I delete that too.

The fandom name, not the characters. Meaning, the name of the anime, cartoon, movie, etc that you're writing about. That's what we look for, and what is required.

Or it simply indicates that collectors of foreign material, particularly manga type stuff, need to be more careful in how they get it delivered.

Citations count, yes. WITHOUT citations, then it's a bit different.

There's no linking ability for images in the archive currently. I also don't see this as something that would happen in future.

It's why I posted the link. Because that's exactly what I saw. An overreaction to a COLLECTOR.
