I am not 100% sure but I think that the Author had received a rude review(s) which made them upset. I suppose that you could try contacting the Author and see if they could share the story or have posted it elsewhere. P.S. I couldn't see that white font. Was there a word "love" included? LOL

Something special has happened recently in the Original Slash section: One story has received 1000 reviews. I know a few fics which had many reviews, but not quite that many. The amazing thing about this is the fact that there is No Sex as of yet, just a few kisses. This impressed the heck out of me and it sort of proved that AFF is about Good Writing as much as about Adult Writing. The only sections I read are Original and Harry Potter. There might be 1000 REVVS hitters in HP, I suppose. What about other sections? This is pretty special, so I decided to open the 1000 REVIEWS CLUB to honor this special and rare achievement. The membership is permanent. I am nominating the first member: Congratulations, teeta! P.S.: I hope to see more members in this club.

Not quite like that. I do beleive that humans have this extra brain capable of creating it's own invironment. Some people are just much better at it. It's like some people can sing and some can't. The same goes for ability to build an inner world, with characters and muses and whatnot. I am sure it's different for everybody and sometimes people loose control and are unable to separate reality from fantasy. That's the point where it becomes a problem. Looks like a part of a coping mechanism. Because reality sucks, sometimes big time. I am sure that writers have this ability pretty well developed, starting since childhood. I am glad to hear that. It's nice to have a balance between Fantasy and Reality. Really, it's about staying in control in both None of my ramblings are actually meant to evaluate anyone, hehe. No light is coming from these dark quarters. If any of it makes sense - great; if it doesn't - oh well.

I would like to agree with most points from posts above, they are too numerous to quote. Personally, I trust Doctors as much as I trust Lawers - not at all. The Law is not about Justice and the Medicine is not about Health. They are just a profession, a money grabbing vehicle for those who wants to ride it. This thread reminded me that I haven't had a physical in... er... 4-5 years, I think. I hope that there is no serious illness in my future, because I would have to fight for getting proper care at the time when most volnurable.

MuggleNet is there as well. Ficwad and MediaMiner.org don't have a wiki article but do have a direct link posted in FFN article. DarkAvenger - Pretty interesting post. I am not going to quote since it's pretty big, but it made me think. Some things occured to me while reading it: about half of the things listed are actually the ones which are required for a Programmer or anyone dealing with computers. It looks to me that you are utilizing your potential and getting things done. The other things mentioned can be filed as Self-Preservation, which is a natural thing for living beings. (like hating germs or people sneaking up on you) As for being a germaphobic, well, I can relate to not touching public toilet sits and handles and dislike being close to sick people in the waiting room. Don't have a phobia, though, if I drop a Snickers bar I'd just pick it up and eat it (exept if it was dropped in the public restroom, hehe). Grossed you out, didn't I? I mentioned in Agaib's poll that I am too arrogant to have OCD, which is true. I just don't care about things enough to obsess over them. The server capability question did bother me (not what I know any specifics on that, of course) adult-fanfiction.org IS mentioned in the Fanfiction.Net article and it didn't seem to cause problems. I was reading a topic called: Corporations!? in my Wikipedia? UNPOSSIBLE! which made me go and check if AFF had an article in it. It doesn't. The search for adult-fanfiction.org produced two results: FanFiction.Net Alternative universe (fan fiction) The discussion about this was a bit off topic and foeofthelance suggested starting a new thread in the Bubble *hugs foe* So, here it is, the ultimate question: Should we or shouldn't we? What is your opinion about this? Do sites owners and moderators like this idea? Who will write the article to post on Wiki if the idea meets approval? Does AFF want to keep low profile and would we get an influx of new people which would tamper with this community? Would servers handle the possible influx (which might never happen, who knows)
