My plan had been to have the first game's events on screen... or would that be on page with a story?.. I do admit I'm undecided if each area will get several medium length or one long one… As for the sorceresses, my vague plan had them less betraying Hiccup than having their hands tied in terms of stopping the old Overlord, much to their regret since they never liked him New idea for the Mirage/La rivalry. What if Mirage started out as the evil incarnate of the Aladdin show, but at some point La summoned/beseeched Mirage and trapped her with an array of an it magic or containment runes to drain Mirage's power, eventually giving the original Overlord the weakened feline to save her own hide?

My plan had been for Hiccup to keep the dragons, with of them being used as his air force, possibly using a method similar to Drago Bludvist's to become 'Alpha' Just for the sake of saying, in this story Hiccup wouldn't be calling himself a hero, given his being raised by evil sorceresses he'd likely equate hero=fool I admit I was basing the idea of perspective changing mind control off of the second game where your options are 'brainwash into mindless slaves' or kill, and was aiming for something of a middle ground 'forced loyalty, but ability to think and problem solve'... I admit I'm undecided if I'll have the mistresses live in the towers or castles in their territory, or if those would just be offices and they'd have quarters in the Dark Tower

I had been kind of aiming for 'grey', takes care of those who follow him, but not somebody you'd want mad at you… To use Spree as an example, he'd give back the food the halflings stole, but he'd still take over the area and... not outright mind control the humans and remaining halfings, it'd be closer to Loki's control in Avengers, "changing perspectives" Or another example, during the prologue chapter I intend for him to set up business with the Dragon Hunters, buying beings he knows are sentient and as such engaging in slavery, but simultaneously saving them from being slaughtered and made into rugs and such...

This is a point, and I admit I'm rather undecided on the topic of the summons, partly because it slipped my mind to think about it… Changing the topic completely, but I recalled an idea I had aways back, based on one of Gnarl's lines in the evil ending of the first game "The land itself bore the mark of his corruption"… What of Hiccup could take shards of crystal, possibly carved into the shape of diamonds on playing cards, from the Netherworld and link them to the Tower Heart, then take them to a fortified/important building in a conquered territory, such as Castle Spree in Spree, and give them a 'jump start' with the evil presence sleep, causing them to start collecting ambient magic in the region and feeding it into the Tower Heart, corrupting the land and people in the process, plants growing thorns, women getting a boost similar but less extreme than the mistresses, and so on?

The scrying seems a good idea, rather similar to how Gnarl can follow your progress. I do admit I'm not sure if the weaker connection would mean Mirage could travel further from the Heart that the others because it would have less pull on her, or if her range would be more limited due to her lower power levels...

This idea could work... maybe Mirage, while powerful, wasn't as powerful as the intended sorceress, La, hence her diminished form, a merely house cat where as the other bound sorceresses could manifest as their proper selves?

And perhaps Mirage was one that by happenstance, or possibly design on La's part intending her to be an assistant, was one that had great magical potential and was captured and sacrificed to make the Heart?.. Also you are welcome

I have commented, they might not be my most in depth thoughts but they were all my imagination would give me...

An idea has occurred to me… Given that one if La's main powers is the ability to turn leopards into leopardmen, what if the Pridelanders and Outlanders were the result of her trying to make lionmen long ago, according to the TV show La is very old, only for them to escape and every so often La would attempt to recapture them? Then once Hiccup conquers the lionmen's territory, he retaliates after once such attempt by conquering La's territory of Opar?

Requested comments… Kim Possible idea- I admit don't have much to say on this one, but I promised to comment on the ideas whose shows I've watched TMNT idea- granted they are turtles mutated with human DNA but would you be able to actually see the female turtles figures given they are invaded in shells? Teen Titans idea- if Blackfire was the one to trigger the curse, would she be affected, or would she just be standing there going "What just happened?.."? Batman Beyond idea- for some reason the idea of Harley bringing her granddaughters to Bruce to be trained as Batgirls amuses me… Hercules idea- admittedly its been many a moon since I've watched the show, but I only recall to females of Hercules's age from it, Cassandra whose was more a best friend than a crush, and an amazon who disliked Hercules greatly… Aladdin idea- not sure if this would really take any magic on Genie's part, just tricking Aladdin into a room with two women who both want him Gravity Falls idea- The idea of Wendy and Pacifica becomes ng friends is nice, and the part about Dipper trying to study monsters in the field and getting jumped repeatedly is rather amusing… Transformers Prime idea- would Jack get a Cybertronian form as well, so the girls don't accidentally crush him with robotic comparatively super strength?

I will comment on the ones whose shows I've actually watched

Eh, I said the idea was a bit weird... I had not thought bout connecting this idea with the queen La one beyond giving Hiccup territory in North Africa that he could expand south from though… Given however that this story would already have shape shifters in the form of the dragons, the wolves of Nordberg, the spiders of Everlight, and the salamanders of the Wastelands, perhaps the Pridelands and Outlands could be a territory of shape shifters that turn into large lions?

I admit I had not considered adding any Wonderland or Neverland characters, hmm... I admit I had intended to add Cassandra as a mistress as well as being Arianna's, and later Rapunzel's, handmaiden and bodyguard, thank you for reminding me I forgot her. I've been struck by a rather strange idea of my own, partly based on my earlier idle though of Mirage being a member of a whole race of cat folk… Given that Mirage is apparently supposed to be an anthropomorphic lioness, what there was a whole race of lion folk, with some characters based off lions from the Lion King franchise, and Hiccup conquered/liberated their territory from the Empire, taking anthropomorphic versions of Zira and possibly Sarabi as mistresses?

I had pictured it as kind of the genie-lamp relationship, they had physical form, the just literally couldn't leave the Heart's area of influence. And again you think of an angle I had not, you are good at that. Maybe the sorceresses could make a game/bet of how long it takes Hiccup to realize his new pet wasn't an ordinary cat?

Perhaps Mirage could be a sorceress who was turned into a cat, either by a rival or a drastic accident, who Hiccup adopts during the prologue and manages to turn partway back to normal?

I had intended for the sorceresses to be his lovers, for example in the beginning of the second chapter when Hiccup is deemed ready to start 'Overlording', his 17th or 18th birthday, they 'make him a man' before sending him out to slaughter the halflings of spree.

I admit that possibility had not occurred to me, though I admit being mistress, or at least advisor, to the collective Overlord was kind of what I had in mind for the 'bound sorceresses'. Granted not for the first one who sacrificed them, they'd be justifiably outraged with him, and understandably sulking for the careers of the next few, before giving advice out of sheer boredom if nothing else… Though now that I think about it, I might have one of Hiccup's background goals be to free the sorceresses without breaking the Tower Heart, given that they are the women who raised him...

Another possibility that just occurred to me was she could be another sorceress sacrificed to create the Tower Heart, with her appearance being the result of an enchantment she placed upon herself... or possibly she could be a member of a race of 'cat folk'...

I meant the 'Reason for Hiccup to be in the Heartlands' part

That is an angle I had not thought of... I had thought about Hiccup finding the lamp of Eden the she genie as well as possibly a female version of Genie, possibly renamed Jeannie, since I don't think they ever gave him a name beyond Genie...

This would work. Any suggestions for Mirage from the Aladdin TV series, who I had toyed with adding, but couldn't think of any benefit in it for her given that she is essentially a goddess... as well as implied, or possibly outright said its been awhile since I watched the show, to be immortal now that I think about it, which would make romantic entanglement with the decidedly mortal Hiccup inadvisable...

Well, I had pictured Tiana and Charlotte as friends, though perhaps 'close friends' serving and then escaping the same household, as for how Hiccup meets them, in the second game, roughly halfway through, when you travel to the Empire Heartlands to recover the Blue Minions from the Imperial Arena, you meet some escaped slaves near the harbor, and I had planned on including Tiana and Charlotte in said group. Though now I realise that since in my story the Blues wouldn't need to be recovered at that point, I need a new reason for Hiccup to go into the literal heart of enemy territoy before said enemy is on is last legs and its capital ripe for taking… Also going back a topic, if I did include La, I'm not sure if I'll include Jane since I can't think of much she could contribute...

These are ideas, and on the topic of Empire slaves, I had been considering having Hiccup either fund or outright start a slave revolt in the Empire Heartlands, possibly with Tiana and Charlotte, a former kitchen and pleasure slave respectively, as its leaders since their 'real' hometown of New Orleans won't be established for hundreds of years...

Okay then... Changing the topic completely, but I have been struck by two more ideas for possible mistresses for Hiccup… 1. Megara from Disney's Hercules, possibly with her gaining fire powers similar to Hades'... Or possibly literally Hades' powers if Hiccup ends up fighting him and he goes the way of the Forgotten god… 2. Queen La from Disney's Legend of Tarzan, admittedly not sure though how Hiccup could end up all they way in Central Africa... Maybe he learns the Empire sent troops there and decided the fact that the Empire wants something there is good enough reason to not let them get it...

So you just watch a video of someone else playing a game? That sounds dreadfully boring...
