Re: “Keene’s College Weekend” From DreamWorlds on May 29, 2020 Thanks! For now, I’ll have to settle for being an illegitimate author. -

Re: “Flesh” From DreamWorlds on May 28, 2020 Well, I am one, in the sense that I write "legit" fiction as well as smut. But I'm not a published author yet. Thank you! Once this idea took hold of me, I couldn't let go of it. Will do! There's one chapter and an epilogue still to come. Well, you won't see "when," but you will see "after." And you'll probably like it. -

Re: “Just Doin’ What We Do (A Halloween Story)” From Lady Freelove on May 27, 2020 I kind of want to know what it is, and I kind of don't. Thanks for reviewing! -

Re: “Company Policy” From Lady Freelove on May 27, 2020 I thought you'd get a kick out of that. Thanks for reading! -
"For the Price of One" now has more than 20,000 Dragon Prints, so I guess I should keep writing it. However, chapter 6 of that story is going to take a little longer to write than I expected, because it's ended up having two major scenes instead of one. Meanwhile, chapter 2 of "Keene's College Weekend" is in beta. It didn’t end up being three times as long as chapter 1 (which I had misremembered as being 2000 words and not 2700), but it’s certainly more than twice as long. SWP1, hope you had a good Memorial Day weekend, too.

Re: “F**k Perfect” From Lady Freelove on May 23, 2020 Thank you! This story was inspired by a Tumblr post from a woman who deliberately left her dryer full of hers and her daughters’ panties when a hunky Russian repairman came over. I thought that was a great concept and ran with it (with the poster’s permission). -

Re: “A Sweet Little Girl Like You” From Lady Freelove on May 23, 2020 Yes, I wouldn't have guessed that you would want to read this one. Not when I've got other stories that I think you would like better. Yup. I'm sorry this was a hard read for you. But I did put all the appropriate warning labels on it. I have many sides. I don't apologize for that. But I appreciate the compliment about my writing skill. I'd suggest that you avoid my other stories that have the Rape tag. You've already read the only one that's relatively benign ("Wish List"), which has the Rape tag only to warn away the easily triggered. Now, if you want to read a story with a similar level of fantasy but that’s much more up your alley content-wise, you might check out “Just Doin’ What We Do.” -

Re: “The Order of Things” From LeoChes on May 22, 2020 Thanks. And thank you for giving this story its first review! I don’t have any immediate plans to write more of this one. But if you liked “The Order of Things,” you might also enjoy my upcoming story “The Wrong Locker Room.” I expect to post it in the next week or two. -

So, a few things: --I think the next thing I’ll finish will be chapter 2 of “Keene’s College Weekend.” This chapter will be about three times as long as chapter 1. I’m hoping to send it off to beta by the weekend. --I’ve also got a oneshot story titled “The Wrong Locker Room” that’s pretty close to finished. It’s a furry MMMMMM/b Minor1 dubcon story, so it’s probably not going to get any reviews here, but the folks at Inkbunny will probably like it. --I’m starting to think about splitting the next chapter of “Wishful” into two chapters. The first sex scene is a bigger production than I had originally planned, so now I’m thinking of making the chapter about just that and ending with a bit of the plot twist/exhibition piece. The next chapter would have the rest of that and then the second sex scene. --I got a whopping four reviews today from Lady Freelove -- a couple of them on stories that hadn't received any reviews until now. It seems she is a voracious reader as well as a fun writer. (I’m currently enjoying the first segment of her new piece, “Reina’s Story.”)

Re: “A Day at the Beach” From Lady Freelove on May 17, 2020 Thank you, and thanks for giving this story its first review! Sometimes, when I write these kinds of stories, I think about what would be the most obvious and logical thing to do -- and then do the opposite. When I started writing this one, I thought about having the mom and son go to a secluded beach where no one would see them. Then I decided that it would be more exciting if they went to a beach where everyone would see them, and where everyone was okay with it because they were doing the same sort of things. -

Re: “A Very Special Thank You” From Lady Freelove on May 17, 2020 Sydney isn’t a telepath; the voices come from her own head. One of my psychology professors said that there are people who hear voices regularly, but these people aren’t considered psychotic because (1) they know the voices are coming from within and not from demons or alien transmissions or whatnot, and (2) the voices say relatively benign things (“Don’t forget to take out the trash”), rather than criticizing the person or telling them to go shoot young couples in the park. I thought that was an interesting idea that I wanted to play with in fiction. -

Re: "Dear Hazel" From Lady Freelove on May 17, 2020 Thank you! And thanks for being the first person to review this story. I wrote this story when it occurred to me that if I had feelings like that about someone and just had to express them, that I would do it in the form of a letter like Neil does. FYI, I had just started writing this story when I was suddenly seized by the idea for "Impulse," which is basically about someone acting on the same kind of desires that Neil expresses in "Dear Hazel." Whereas I usually take months to write a story, I feverishly wrote the first draft of "Impulse" in about a day. After editing and posting it, I went back and finished "Dear Hazel.” -

Hey there. So glad you liked that chapter, and I think you might like the next one even better. As to your questions: Chapter 6 of “For the Price of One” is coming right along. I’d say it’ll be ready in a week, definitely in two weeks. That chapter is also coming right along, but there’s plenty left to do. It’s got two big sex scenes, plus a major plot-related scene in the middle, so it could end up being the longest chapter yet.- 31 replies

Re: “For the Price of One” From Fairy-Slayer on May 16, 2020 Recall that during their initial sexual liaisons at Ramón's place, and their first one at Serena's – when Maya wasn't home -- Serena wasn't nearly so loud. She only got loud when Maya was in the next room. So Ramón put two and two together. I lean a little hard on the old "She'll do anything as long as it's someone else's idea" device in my stories, but it's just so much fun. I don't think she'd have told Ramón about the camera if she were. No, Serena isn't shy. She just likes to have a little push when it comes to certain things. Thank you! Crap, I knew I was going to make a mistake like that at some point. Will have to go back and fix that. Thanks. That's why I never bold my name in the byline. -

From Fairy-Slayer on May 16, 2020 It's funny: While I find coming up with story titles difficult, I love writing chapter titles. Indeed. My thinking is that Lori and Bobby had planned to lose their virginity to each other some time ago, but that their plans were derailed by the Santiagos' sudden move to the city. Besides, they're only 17; it's not unrealistic that they wouldn't have had sex yet. As for telling Lincoln, Lori doesn't care how much disclosure is necessary as long as she gets her special night with her Boo-Boo Bear. Yeah, I felt like another "Oh, shit, the movie's over and everyone's leaving" ending was unnecessary. Nor did I want to go the route of some rent-a-cop shining a flashlight into the van and busting them. We'll deal with all of that a bit later on. Thank you!- 31 replies

Having spent the past two weekends tackling ambitious to-do lists, I’m already planning to spend at least one day of the coming weekend doing virtually nothing but chilling on the sofa and watching TV. Good thing season 5 of She-Ra drops tomorrow.

Rafael: Definitely. He’s a side of beef. Gustav: Okay, yeah, I could see it. Jeremy: It would be great if Star made him her little bitchboy. Toffee: So I guess this story would predate his demise? Ferguson: Oh, my. Well, I guess variety is the spice of life. Ludo: Okay, drawing the line here. Not only is he small, stupid, and grotesque, but being an avian, he probably doesn’t even have a penis. Other monsters: Hmm, how about that hunky minotaur-thing that Ms. Skullnik briefly dated? And there’s the giraffe guy (maybe it’s not just his neck that’s long), two-headed guy (maybe he has two dicks, too), and of course Spikeballs (come on, the name alone...).

I was sad to learn today that The World’s Concubine, whose stories I have enjoyed, has died of coronavirus. I know she had some good friends who will miss her.
