What might be the issue is the manner in which you're inputting the date of birth. The format is MM/DD/YYYY, which means if you're born in in a month or on a day from 1 to 9, you need to add a zero in front: 01/01/2012.

This may be one of the features that will be restored in later code rollouts. Not everything was addressed in the first stage of the new code, but this is not a feature that I believe is going to disappear. For accounts created prior to the new code rollout, the account will use the setting in place before the new code, but for new accounts, bear with us.
