Actually you can contact Midnigh, Shadow, and Naqaashi who have a Reviewers' Association thing going if you want. What they (and the others involved) do, is look for stories with no reviews.

Nothing was found indicating this was the user on the other site. As this was very old, the user and all content were deleted, rather than something more ..extensive.

Good catch, JayDee and yes, we will look at it. This isn't the first old instance of plagiarism found, and I doubt it'll be the last . Of course, one of the things that will be looked at as well, is the possibility of it being the same person, but if it's not identical, I think that's doubtful.

What I need you to do is step out for me EXACTLY how you're trying to add the chapter. That will tell me what to look at. Only thing that pops out at me immediately, is, are you trying to add an html file? If so, the archive hasn't accepted an html upload since beginning of February
