Again, the problem here is the way it's worded, you're disclaiming the characters, and not really the fandom, which, if you name it, disclaims it all. So, you would want it to say.. I don't own X-Men: Evolution. This work of fiction is nonprofit --- If you are writing for other titles WITH X-Men: Evolution, you'd write.. I don't own X-Men: Evolution or Spiderman as an example. This is puzzling, as I certainly didn't process this user for any ToS violations. The only person who would edit an author's profile, is either the author, or me. As I didn't, one can only guess that the author no longer wishes to post here. Which, if that was what was happening, all he or she has to do is email me, provide verification that the account belongs to him or her, and then I'd take care of it. If all your stories are missing, and it happened all at once, I'd say it was a safe bet we found out that you were underage at time of posting. However, without knowing who you are, what subdomains the stories are in, and the titles, I can't really tell you for sure what happened.
