My consolation is that this particular story isn't terribly graphic, and while I do describe sex, it's more innuendo than anything else. There are a few I've written that would NOT be considered SFW at all.

I'm actually having the same issue. My story is labeled correctly in Control Panel, but I'm seeing it display with a different rating. This is in Chrome, and for a new upload: Indigo Listing: Control Panel:

In Control Panel, under the appropriate subdomain, you'll see a row of clickable links: Add, Edit, and Delete. Select "Delete" and you should be taken to a new page with a dropdown menu. It will allow you to select the story to be deleted, and you can then click the button next to that dropdown field to delete the story.

If you're using Internet Explorer, that may be the issue. Internet Explorer is the only browser that seems to have issues with the Rich Text Editor, although I did think it had been corrected in the most recent incarnation, IE11. If you're using Microsoft Word, you should use the Paste from Word option in the Rich Text Editor. This will preserve all the formatting in your document, which will NOT happen if you paste as plain text. This FAQ explains it nicely.
