Poor Freyja… I hope she’s okay, and that you all have a peaceful night.

She had back to back seizures at midnight, so we took her to the veterinary hospital. They kept her overnight for observation, but the neurologist thinks we may just need to increase her dose of phenobarbital a little. She’s tolerating it well, and given how long she’s been seizure-free, he thinks it’s our best course. So, now I’m waiting for permission to go and bring her home.

So sorry… I hope the medication will work. Perhaps she’s just become a little too tolerant of the dose she’s been on for all this time.
