    Yeah… so, the parental units and baby sis with her fam are all living in the town next to these, and the threat of an eruption is growing larger, so I’d greatly appreciate all and any vibes of the good and safety kind to be sent their way if you can spare them, and if you have any gods or goddesses that you are on friendly terms with I’d also appreciate any pokes you’d be willing to give them on my family’’s behalf. This shit is getting scary now that the threat of an eruption is so close to town. Thank you, all.

      Thanks so much guys. The latest updates are that my family got to go into town (along with some 2000 other folks) to get essentials from their houses, so both sis and her fam, and our parents have their essentials, and other valuables that they could gather in time (and my nephew’s hamster), and both reported that there’s no damage to either house. There are some cracks on the outside of my parents’ house, but they don’t seem to be more than surface damage, at least from what my parents could see. 

      As for the town itself, there’s a crack that’s going through the entire town, and the entire west side of the town has sunk by around one metre. So, that’s an interesting development, and the danger isn’t over yet. But, the scientists are sounding a bit more optimistic that there won’t be an eruption inside the town, although it has not been ruled out completely.

    That’s certainly weird, so I’ll tag @manta2g so she can check it out. But you should also be able to go to your own profile page, and at the top of that, there should be a line that says “Write a public message on your own feed” and if you click that, you can put a status on that.

    This is all awesome information, and I’m sure that DG or Manta will get back to you on this as soon as they can. They just both work insane hours IRL, so it might be a bit of a wait. But if you have found a work around, try to use that until they can figure out the problem. It is possible that it is a browser related thing, but I am so tech-challenged that I beg you not to take me on my word on that

    *le sigh* I speak English as a second language, but I’ve studied… now… four other foreign languages. I can’t speak any of them, really, to any extent, but I have retained enough that I can read simple instructions in the other Scandinavian languages (except for Finnish, obviously And no offence, but Faroese is just gibberish) and I can recognise when people are speaking French or German, and related languages. And I still pretend to retain some of my ability to understand a bit of written Japanese At least I am smashing my Duolingo course in Japanese, and I do have a BA degree in that, so I feel I must pretend that I still know a bit I also tried to study Spanish, but failed miserably, because I kept mixing it up with my French, so I gave up and took German instead So, that’s native language, fluent in English, and studied four more, plus a bit of Spanish The joys of a tiny country school system.

    If you still have access to the email that you used to register with, your best option would be to email our archive mod at tos_team@adult-fanfiction.org from that email, and she’ll send you a link to reactivate your account and reset your password. If you have lost access to that email account, you can send our archive mods at the same address, from a new email account, telling her what the old email associated to your user profile with us was, and she’ll be able to update your email (I’m almost certain I’m not remembering that incorrectly ) and then send you activation and reset links.
