I know exactly which story you're talking about! I think it's by Wynja, and she wrote a sequel, but with the blind man's best friend and the gay man who was flirting with him. Both stories were hysterical and very well written. I'm going to look it up because now it's going to drive him crazy. lol

I absolutely LOVED Bad Reputation! Despite all the grammar errors, the humor in the story quite made up for them! I didn't know she took all her stories down. That's too bad.

I haven't had much time to do anything on this site or the other site I'm on. My second part-time job (besides my work with the doggies and kitties), is editing PA essays for applicants who are applying to PA schools. The PA board opens at the end of April each year, and I've been swamped editing essays and talking to the clients over the phone, going over the essay over and over and over until it's as good as it's going to get. The whole idea is that they have the best essay possible, so it gives them a better chance of being interviewed. It should calm down in a few months or so...we'll see. But at least I get paid for it, not like my volunteer editing i do on the side. I will definitely check out the latest chapters of BP, as soon as I can breathe! lol

Lol, Bronx! I knew she did, but I just couldn't remember exactly how she wrote CL. I guess I figured Jess could type in the old name, and any name that was similar would pop up, then she could just click on it. And thank you for jogging my memory about the title! Gah! I have so many of CL's updates to catch up on! I need more hours in the day. lol

It sounds a lot like CL's story with Matt, the cop, and Payne, the boy who was attacked. Although I think Matt was the only one who could touch Payne after the attack. She's still working on the story (which of course I can't think of atm!), but if you type in her username CL_Mustafic, you can find it in her profile. Hope this helps!

Jesus, I don't come on this forum for a few days (ok, maybe a week or so), and look at all the drama I miss! All kidding aside, I'm so sorry you had to deal with these people, CL. I know of an author who continues to be stalked by someone, and he/she stalks her blog so much she needs to keep shutting it down and making a new one. I can't wrap my head around the fact that one of your trolls is Smint. She/he's been reviewing stories on here I think since I joined the site. I don't know why this person would suddenly attack you in a 'review'. I can't really see anyone doing that, but I would think a newbie would do it more than a seasoned member, so to speak. I know it's easy for me to say, but try not to let it get to you. These trolls are just jealous they aren't talented like you are. And again, CL, congrats on LS being published! Don't forget to let me know when it's released and where I can buy it, because I definitely need to read it!

I think you're talking about Azela's stories. I'm not sure if she's on the site anymore. I remember her saying last year that she was graduating from college (she goes to my son's school), and she may stop posting on AFF. She had the whole delivery series: Chinese food, UPS, etc.; I can't remember the others.

Glad you're feeling better CL! Me too. Whew! Today is the first day I was able to get out of bed! So what did I do? Dishes, of course! Why oh why do these kids take a different glass every single time they drink something? Like, they can't rinse one glass out each time? lol I'm on the Z-pack, but I had a migraine last night until two this afternoon when I called the pharmacist to see if I could take Excedrin with the Z-pack. And voila! No more headache! I can finally keep my eyes open without excruciating pain! lol

Sorry you're not feeling well, CL. Me neither. I took, my kid to school and spent the rest of the day in bed. I'm on the Z-Pack though, so hopefully it'll start to kick in tomorrow. I turned the computer on just to read the next chapter, but now I just want to close my eyes. Again. Ugh. Feel better, CL!

That's happened to me with a lot of stories, Tahn! Well now that I've read/am reading all CL's stories, I definitely want to read the first one! Especially since a few of the characters are in another story, right?

Bronx is right, but two complete stories just came to mind: Muffin by Mahsa (I think that's how it's written), and Close Protection by Cordelia Kingsbridge (this story won an award a few years back). Both stories are excellent, IMO, and Mahsa is working on the sequel to Muffin.

Oh yeah, Bronx, there are quite a few stories and authors on here that just disappeared. I guess that's why a lot of readers just like reading stories which are complete.

I just got home from work and saw this post. I was going to say it sounds like the Exit stories by London, but Bronx beat me to it! lol The last I spoke with her, well, not spoke, emailed, she was getting ready to publish one of thee books. I guess the first one...I don't remember now; it's been a few years.

Hey, Rust! I was just about to shut my computer off when I saw the AFF email. The story is by blueghost.ghost. I think the boy's name is Eddie, and Johnny owns the club. It's a great story. I just remembered the name! Juicy Fruit! I was drawing a blank there for a while! lol I don't think blueghost.ghost posts here anymore. She did put in her profile page (I think) her Tumblr account, which is under blueghostghost. I haven't checked it out yet, so I hope it's still there. Lisa
