Ganymede, Erasmus never finished So, the Rain is Falling, did he????? That was such a terrific story. I don’t know similar stories with a war setting, but I know of quite a few wonderful, completed stories that are over 60K words. Close Protection by Cordelia Kingsbridge is the first one that comes to mind. Muffin by Mahsa (or Masha) is another terrific story. She wrote a sequel, but I don’t think she finished it. Black Star Cross by Young Sage is another. That’s a high school fic, so I’m not sure if you like that genre. Anything by Orbiting Jupiter; she’s a fantastic writer. I believe all her stories are also high school related. There are so many great stories I’ve read on here, but I can only think of those right now. Oh, there’s also Loser by Dedicatedquill, which IMO, is one of the best stories anywhere. I think she has 46 chapters so far, and each chapter is like over 20K. The story is almost complete, and it’s another high school fic, and it’s so worth the read. It’s such a fantastic story that I would recommend to everyone.

Damn, I forgot the name of the story, which isn't good because I edited it. The main character is Basil, & his brother’s name is Scott. I think Kevin is the best friend/rapist. Basil’s also in love w/his brother. I know the author’s name of course, but I don't remember her username. I'll find out that & the name of the story when I get home from work. The story hasn't been completed. I just remembered the name of the story: “The Shadow I’m In”.

Hey, I think the story you’re looking for is called The New Kid in Town or New Kid in School, something like that. Chet’s the football player. I forget the other kid’s name. Oh yeah, the other kid did martial arts. It’s by Dextrousleftie. (I can’t believe I remembered how to spell her name after all this time!) This Password Reset is no longer Valid This is the message I get when I click on ‘Reset Password’, and they send me an email with a link. I click on the link and get that message. I did this twice already. I sent an email a little while ago to tech support because I’m having the same login issue. I can’t log in. Funnily enough though, I’m logged into the forum! That sounds like Bad Reputation by Surapod (spelling?). The story was never finished, unfortunately. It was such a great story. And very funny. Red was a pisser.

I think those are from the delivery story series. I’m pretty sure Azela wrote them, but I think she pulled her stories about a year or so ago.

Are you talking about the story by Erasmus? The American was Sam, but I can’t remember the German POW’s name. I want to say it begins with an ‘E’. It was such a great story, but the he stopped writing it quite a while ago. I can’t believe I can’t remember the name of the story! The chapters were titled Axis and Allied. I have to go into my emails because I have quite a few emails from Erasmus. Got it!! So, the Rain is Falling. He has a new username on AFF: DangerClose, but this was back in 2012. So, I don’t know if it’s still active.
