I know the feeling. Like let me finish but other characters and settings start coming out of nowhere and holding your attention hostage like creation continuing unbidden. Worlds are born and characters creep forth and sometimes they don’t always fit like they’re supposed to

From what I’ve heard about Daschunds, they have an attitude to match the length of their legs, so that mouse probably insulted him in some way  
And I’m certain that Freyja is a minion of Mollie, so I am sure that befriending local skunks is just a part of some grand scheme towards world dominion

Great to hear things are going better with the covid and the story writing! I guess the only downside is it sounds like it’ll be longer before we see The Spider House :p
