I agree with you both on this matter. I am the same, and don't go for the incest and such that ties with it, it just gives people (and kids) ideas when it comes to sex and thinks its ok and usually end up doing it; but whatever floats your boat, I can't judge you, I just disagree with it. And the whole legal issue, well, that's going to be tough. I don't know how it will end, and as Iggy mentioned, it will blow over and people will open other journals and such to it that won't cause drama like this. No offense, but I think this is ridiculous and stupid.

I know how you feel and I agree with you. ;__; It is sad and it does anger me. I have grown up in a physical and mental abuse as well and its a cultural thing. My family doesn't see anything wrong with it and think that hitting and saying cruel things to children isn't wrong but good for them. As if putting fear in a child will solve anything! D< If I were you, I think I would help the kids in any way you can, and try to have the kids taken to a better place if possible. Get help on this matter, a child should NEVER have to grow up in such a situation, or we are just breeding more unstable people into this world who doesn't know how to truly live except in fear, doubt, and anger. I don't know about the laws, but I know that this IS illegal, you should go to the court house and report this or even a police station, child services too. I wish you luck on this if you do find a way to help those children, I would help to, but I doubt we live in the same state or country. -__-

I wish you had a "It depends on the situation" choice because I think it should be legal if the unborn child will be most likely born sick or deformed and if the parents wish not to have the child to go through that or if a woman was raped and she is traumatized to even have the rapists child, then that is understandable. But... if a woman wants an abortion because she realized she did a mistake and didn't use protection and doesn't want to deal with the consequences of having the baby then that is her problem, she should have thought about not opening her damn legs in the first place or let alone USE A freaking CONDOM or take some kind of contraceptive! Does God Exist? I answer that the existence of God can be proved in five ways: "The first and most obvious way is the argument from motion. It is certain and evident to our senses that things are in motion in this world. Everything that moves is moved by something else, for nothing can move unless it has the potentiality of acquiring the perfection of that towards which it moves. Now the series of finite causes cannot go on to infinity because in every series of causes the first cause is the cause of the intermediate cause and intermediate causes cause the last cause, whether the intermediate causes are many or only one. But if we proceed to infinity in the series of causes there will be no first cause and therefore no final or intermediate effects would exist-which is obviously not true. Foe example a thing is said to be hotter as it approaches more closelywhat is hottest. Therefore there is something that is the most true, and best, and most noble, and consequently most fully in being, for the things that are the greatest in truth are the greatest in being, as is said in the Metaphysics. Now the superlative in any classification (genus) is the cause of all the things in that classification. Fire, for example, which is the hottest of all things is the cause of everything that is hot, as I said in the same book. Therefore there is something that is the cause of being and goodness and whatever perfection everything has, and this we call God. The fifth way is based on the order (gobernatio) in the universe. We see that things that lack consciousness such as bodies in nature function purposively. This is evident from the fact that they always, or nearly always, function in the same way so as to achieve what is best. Therefore it is evident that they achieve their end, not by chance but by design. It wasn't murder. There's not the tiniest bit of evidence for it to be even murder. So don't worry, it's probably an accidental death because the sleeping pills he took has side effects of causing amnesia; and that could be a reason to his death because he could have forgotten that he alrady took the meds and took some more which lead to his death. Also, Heath didn't enjoy playing as the Joker in his last movie which he admited to say, and that is caused him to not be able to sleep and is why he was taking sleeping pills. Why do you think someone murdered him, there is no evidence that he had any enemies. o.o?

I got some new information. They did an autopsy on Heath Ledger to figure out the cause of death and when and came to a conclusion that it is inconclusive. The medical examiner thinks that it might have been an accidental overdose; the police found a rolled up twenty dollar bill also and is being tested for drugs. The wait for the labs information will take 10 to 14 days. T_T People has left flowers and letters/notes at Heath Ledger's apartment. I wish I was in NY to leave at least flowers. ;__; I would leave a white liliy and a black rose. Fans have created a makeshift memorial at the front door of the apartment building where Heath Ledger died.
