If the author was underage for all data, all data is deleted. If an author is of age for content, but underage for part, the underage content is deleted. This ONLY applies to what we call OLD minors, meaning pre this staff, that were overlooked. The ones that signed up afterwards, no matter WHEN we catch you, you're deleted. As the site is clearly marked and labeled for being restricted in age, to users aged 18 and older, there should be no question as to why this has to be done. You have a problem with my protecting the site in this fashion, that's exactly what it is. YOUR problem.

We haven't had any Vampire Chronicles and Vampire Chronicles crossovers on site for a number of years now. We can't. We find those, they have to be deleted immediately.

The problems with a script are 1. query overload 2. likely interference with the new code 3. The probability of missing other errors besides it that I have to go in and fix in the chapters individually ANYWAY

Did you clear cache and cookies before you tried to activate? If your password is less than 8 characters, that has to be reset BEFORE activation. Your steps would be this - clear cache and cookies reset password (if less than 8 characters long) activation

It's also possible that the story in question was deleted for the user being underage. Without knowing the author name, couldn't say for sure

If this user has not yet activated, which is what it sounds like, directions are here. Be sure to clear cache and cookies first though. As you've done a partial password reset, you'll have to do it again. When you select the option to reset the password, in order to finish doing that, you must click the link contained in the email.

As the least of what happens to a user for ONE instance of plagiarism is deletion and ban, you see why it happened.
