It really does seem like a big legal issue... Aff has existed in peace due to it being literature, no images. Images make this a multi-media pornographic site, a can of worms that really really ought not to be opened. If Jaxxy is comfortable with it, I'm all for it, but this just seems like a verrrry bad idea.

I am so glad you said something about that Ninja I was actually toying around with an idea like that myself; I was going to ask if it would be possible to allow something like a blog for authors on the site, so they can communicate clearly with their readers/reviewers, both on responses and basic explanation of what they were trying to do with which part of their story. I guess this would be possible in the forums as well, but I feel it may be less cumbersome if done as part of the author panel.

I would think that would be subject to approval, once images become available, it opens up a whole new can of worms in possible legal ramifications, the constitution protects words, not images.
