    That is on purpose, to reward authors and encourage them to go back and update older stories to use new site features.

    There isn’t unfortunately, I can see general site wide traffic as well as new registrations. As far as google is concerned, the age verify pretty much stops it in its tracks. The improved archive search is much more reliable as people can search/filter by content tags on their own meaning more people actually find the content they are looking for.

    Doing some small tweaks. Member profile tabs are now all URL sticky.
    Are there any other areas that should be URL sticky?

      I had to look up what URL sticky meant. Normally when things get sticky around here story codes end up used…

    Try doing a forced reload CTRL+F5, sometimes it takes a bit of force for changes to show up.

    I apologize for the hiccups during the upgrade. I missed a few files that controlled Ajax settings, and they were still pointing to the beta. While the bulk of the upgrade happened last night, with 640 files involved in the new site software I was bound to miss something, which is why we had the end time set to Monday evening.

    The bug preventing new forum registrations has been fixed.

    I’ll give it a couple of days for Volunteers for the Beta Testing. If no one other than staff volunteer, then the new site code may just go live and deal with bugs as they show up.

    It’s not there yet, right now we are in the process of doing a site wide code upgrade. A link to the development beta will be available to members near the end of December.

    Try setting your theme (option in footer) to AFF NEW, which is the redone theme, if you don’t mind dark themes Bravo 6.

    Forum skin has been mostly repaired as well as the chat box

    That will be fixed in the next week or so, the latest update for the forum broke some small parts of our forum skin with extra functions it had added in for customizing. it also broke the chat box I’m working on backend updates and some system cleanup this weekend.

    Quotation marks and parentheses will stay disabled in those for the time being due to site security. Colon and semicolon I'll try to enable this weekend. Also you can minic " with '' if need be.

    I’ve put in some changes, please give it some more testing to see if there is improvement. Thanks some things don’t show as bugs due to my user perms, so user testing is very appreciated.

    @GeorgeGlass what sort of punctuation? The filter code is pretty strict in order to stop malicious stuff.

    For October, I’ve been quietly rolling out small bug fixes, most are just performance based. Two user side ones -Site based e-mails are now fixed (turns out this was not a code based bug, fixed as of this post) - Bold text has returned to stories. DG is going to be doing some proofreading and squishing typo gremlins.

    I'll take a look when I get home. Edit: I’ve taken a look and haven't been able to replicate this error, found a different issue but not this one. Could you provide more details?

    One of the few hiccups I'm working on... partly due to some email providers treating it as spam.
