  1. @SesshomaruFreak Pretty soon, you’ll get very comfortable.
  2. Thanks. My last update, I think, was five years ago. I do intend to finish it, but alas, I find my original universe to be more captivating to my attention span.
  3. I’ve got a profile at ff.net (under the pen-name Dragon Voldemort), and those are in the Potter universe.
  4. Chapter 11 is now available!
  5. Revision warning to Dolbourne Chronicles. On/About Nov 5th, I anticipate the removal of the first two episodes (Wedding/In-Utero) as this content has been expanded and iis being spun off into its own story, “The Repair Guy”
  6. Review for Dale’s Game Thank you for the reviews, reviews are gold English/grammar were never my favorite subjects in school. (No, it wasn’t “huk’d n fonix!”) Rather than fussing too much over it, I go ahead and post, get feedback, which is way better than overdoing it. (And even when I proof and revise, proof, and revise, it can get worse, not better) I loved using games to portray some of the sentiment in the society, and it’ll be one of things I’ll miss when working on other stories.
  7. Chapter 10, “Little Brother” is now posted.

Read an essay about lesbian lizards. Some species that no longer had males and could still reproduce didn’t need to have sex anymore but did anyway or something.

Well, sex is recreational too, so what else is a lizard to do when they have nothing else to do?

IKR? They can only sun on rocks and eat crickets for so long!

  8. Try my stories! Working on a super-awesome one where the repairman answers a service call in his underwear …. [/plug] Getting drawn in, attached to a story is good, be sure to leave a review! That’s a pat on the author’s back, a payday for them, to help make the effort to bring a story to life, to post it, to make all that effort a bit more worthwhile. If I were getting hundreds of reviews, I might be more picky about their quality, but right now, unless it’s pure hatred/flame, I cheer any review that comes into my inbox, useful or not. Because, when you’re stuck, a “this is awesome” can help motivate your muse to get back on the wagon.
  9. “I don’t think I’ll ever finish that book on optimism.”

I’ve been meaning to start that one on procrastination for ages.

I never quite got around to getting the degree, which might be possible if I ever get around to enrolling.

  10. If there’s specific criticism or a lot of concrit, I’ll try to PM the author (in addition to a review,if warranted), simply so they can address it w/o leaving it out like dirty laundry.
  11. One strong review would be a reader crying if you kill a character because you’ve done a good job at characterising them, getting the audience to become attached to them.
  12. Reviews are ambrosia, (well, not flames...). Unless you’re writing original (as I am), you can’t get paid for it (unless you’’re … J.J. cough cough), so reviews are kinda the only thing to stoke the ego, to make you feel really good about posting.
  13. So, how many have I scared with just story tags?
