They’re my favorite band; their music inspired me as a writer. Specifically whenever I write action, I imagine one of their song playing with the scene. Really sucks what happened

Their “numb” is partially responsible for my potter fic, well, writing during it, found it helpful. Yeah, sucks when I heard about it on the radio coming home from work today.

I was actually devastated when I heard. Just the other day, I was telling myself that I would attend the next concert that comes my way, no matter what. And then this happens. I use several of their songs for “soundtracks” on my stories, particularly my Lyght series. Downloaded every single album they made except the most recent one (A Thousand Suns was okay to me; Hybrid Theory and Meteora tie for favorites, with Reanimation running a close second). I’m just hurt...

We might need to go back to the beginning, and try this again sometime, when we’ve learned a few lessons about governance.

And there are days where I realize I have to revise, again….. sigh…. on the plus side, should make the story stronger. (Caution, dates/ages will change)

I find revisions never stop… I’ve finished chapters and have had to go back because commentors say ‘Hey you missed an A!” but there’s even more things I’ve left behind… Stupid plot holes

Of the revisions to be made, that one last week was a rather fast one to do. So that was good, and I’m done with this set of revisions. Now working on new material, once again, yay!

And revised chapters 3-6 have now been reposted – I’ve finished with eight, and looking through nine. The post/no-post decision is pending on chapters 9+ due to the high probability that a deus ex may want to sneak in.

Well, as I progress on the revision/rewrite. I’ve reposted the first three chapters to Dale’s Game. I’ve got chapters 4 & 5 done, waiting it out until I’m comfortable with those too. Starting to rework chapter 6.

And some days, I realize I’ve just written 2k words on amounts to a contract negotiation into the story…. sigh. I like my smut.

Words are starting to flow, now unstuck (and maybe over my fallout 4 addiction, we’ll see), so now making progress on chapter 13 for Dale’s game!

Chapter 11 is written, onto 12. (No, not posting until this current batch of chapters are all pretty well written, for consistency’s sake).

The more complete story. On the way home this evening, heard a “whump” “whump” sound, growing, to the point that I couldn’t ignore it. Tire blown out, tread separated. So, after putting on the “doughnut” so-called spare, drove it to the shop and walked home from there.
