because thinking leads to complications. why?

because the world is full of sheep who would rather have their celebrities think for them. why?

I am exhausted as shit I am pissed off that I'm online too early to talk to my evil(er) twin. I am being stalked by Luther.

*places index finger to lips* Shhh...but yes, yes she does. She's an amazing writer but takes herself a bit too seriously.

I used to in the weeks and months following my divorce from the "InuYasha" fandom. Though usually it was more like folks were bugging me to know if I was still writing or if I was going to add to such and such series. It was annoying for a long time, even if it was kinda flattering.

Due to my writing style, I usually end up writing a narrow third-person POV (limited to one character's thoughts and feelings). I get a lot of my concepts of sensations and how things feel from personal experience as well as asking questions, reading books, and other such things. Research, I guess. I don't find it at all hard to keep a character IC during sex scenes. If I know that character well enough to write fanfiction about him/her, I know them well enough to write a sex scene for them (usually). I do write yaoi, but I don't find it much different from writing het lemons. That is to say, I don't like playing the top and bottom games and femenization bullshit. Weepy ukes piss me off, as does OOC-ing a character to get such a stereotypical result.

I love you pix. Gods I'm so sick of gender biased bullshit I could spit. Both genders are equally fucked, nothing's easy when you put labels to it and stereotyping, and that's that. May as well start a thread entitled "Who's got it worse: The Asians or the Blacks" for all the good these sorts of discussions do. Ugh. Cranky and tired. Sorry.

Guess what? Iggy just learned how to alter images in paintshop. art is not mine. I wish i could give credit for it, but *shrugs* It was a gift among many through the e-mail. Anyway, the little snatch of a phrase came to me the longer I looked at the picture. I can't say I nessecarily like how Fayt looks vaguely miserable, but the art was so pretty that all was forgiven.

Fics You Avoid In Your Favorite Fandoms
Iggy_lovechild replied to NightScribe's topic in Aimless Babble
A bit off topic, but I've never been good at PM-ing folks outta the blue. I recently took the initiative to request an SO:3 sub-cat. It's up and all the SO:3 stories have been evacuated from the SO:2 sub-cat. -
Fics You Avoid In Your Favorite Fandoms
Iggy_lovechild replied to NightScribe's topic in Aimless Babble
Well, right now I write for the SO:3 fandom and I actually generally avoid reading the fanfiction for that fandom unless it's by an author I trust. Part of the reason why I started writing for the fandom (other than falling deep and hard for the AlbelxFayt pairing) was because there were so few good fics out there. A lot of screaming fanbrats who don't understand the concept of character development or how to write any semblance of a believable m/m romance. Above all, I avoid a lot of the crack pairings. AlbelxSophia? Don't make me laugh. I'd like to think of myself as open-minded, but when it comes to SO:3 I have my preferred pairings and don't like deviating from them. Even one of my favourite SO:3 authors couldn't get me to like CliffxFayt. -
Oh I love this idea! I'd very much like to get some feedback for my SO:3 stories, something from outside my fanbase. I guess I just want to gauge my actual talent. My Profile for the Games Catagory Although I highly recommend Undiscovered Flesh, one of my smutty little gems.

I honestly am not aware of how old many of my readers are. I think I have a few underage readers, but not too terribly so. Maybe 16 or 17, if they're telling the truth. Back when I was posting on ff.net a lot, I did worry about the age of my readers. Perhaps this might sound a little bit prejudiced, but I highly doubt the squeeing reviews "zomg! rite mor pleeeez!" or "/insert pairing here/ is soooo hawt!" came from anyone close to my ripe old age of 25. So I toned down the sex scenes a little bit. Eventually I got sick of censoring myself and switched over to mm.org and later started posting on AFF.net as well. I still post on ff.net a little bit (I actually get reviews in my tiny little fandom over there. Not many, but enough to make me extremely happy), but nothing graphically sexual. I can't really stop underage readers. I mean, they have a computer and access to the sites so...*shurgs* But I haven't gotten any weird e-mails aside from a few twits that contacted me to ask if I was adding any new chapters to a completed story (why can't they read the story status line?). All I can do is label things properly and post them on the appropriete sites, hope my readers are mature, even if they may not be quite the right age. I think maturity really does become a factor as well....

I am no longer allowed to drink too much red wine.

I forgot to mention this fic. It's a bit of animeverse Hellsing continuation smut that I'm quite proud of pulling off since I usually only write in Hellsing's mangaverse. Ten Years in the Making (title by Patchwork Muse)

Yeah, I got distracted too, lured away by the siren song of Alfay smut and deluged by new stories for the "Interludes" series. *sighs* Ah well. Revenge is only sweet until I get distracted by something shiny.

That is quite the creepy review. Maybe it was sarcasm or just badly worded? Back when I posted extensively on ff.net, one of my projects was a Sess/Kagura one-shot series and this one guy got real into it. He would leave all these real excitable reviews and e-mail me asking about updates and while it was cool at first, it started creeping me out after awhile.

I write all my stories in a notebook first. Though I must admit I've been having trouble with my latest story. There's a problem with writing enough erotica to choke a horse, I suppose. It's hard to keep things fresh sometimes. *sighs* And I don't want to be a hack so I keep on experimenting with my writing style. It can be odd.

Good gods, I could barely read the bio! I'm skipping out on the stories simply because I couldn't give a damn about most of her fandoms and I'd like to keep my brain unsullied when it comes to my beloved Invader Zim. *shakes head* A few missapellings my arse.

Right...so new sig: The picture is pretty self-explanatory. Just some AlbelxFayt fanart I found floating around on the net. It's just too cute for me to deny. The quote under it is from a rather notorious scene from the game (Star Ocean: Til the End of Time) itself in which Albel wakes Fayt up in the middle of the night just to ask if he hates him. I might eventually change it to a quote from one of my fics for some shameless self-promotion, but until then....*shrugs* And of course the links never change. edit 9/16: I've been fiddling with MS paint and pictures of late. I cropped the pic a bit and added text to it. Granted, it's not a huge change, but I'm kinda proud of myself over this. edit 9/19: I ran into this picture on an Alfay image hunt and absolutely fell in love. "Interludes" refurrs to a long-running one-shot/ficlet series for the pairing that I have over at mm.org.

Have at it! Er...yes, I'm sometimes known for having the tact of a rampaging rhino. I know who you're talking about. And no...no...She shall go unnamed. The walls have ears you know.

Well I don't know that the bone-eather's well can mess up to that degree (wouldn't it have happened by now if it were unstable?), but I'll bite. You really must explain this a bit more. Do you mean what if InuYasha could somehow prevent his father's death, perhaps? First of all, he prolly would not have tetsusaiga, InuYasha that is. Or if he did it might not work. The basics of time travel is this: You don't want to meet yourself or any reletives, otherwhise you might unravel the whole of reality. Exactly what is the point of this story, the plot and all? If you want help, you might want to throw out a little more info. Don't worry about me stealing your idea or anything like that. I haven't written for the fandom in ages and don't see myself starting back up any time soon.

Well...letsee, upon seeing that author's note I would've immediately thought: "Okay, stupid fanbrat cunt. You don't care enough about the quality of your stories, I don't give two shits about reading them then." Then I would have promptly hit the back button. Honestly, those types of messeges just make me so angry. She/he's not a terribly serious writer, imho. And yet she/he says that she/he loves to do it? I say again: Stupid fanbrat cunt. I understand that it's just fanfiction, but for god's sake, it's still writing and that's an artform. So where did you find such a delightful little idiot?
