you also have to consider what tags you have on it, the tags are just as important as anything else in the story so that people know what they are looking at. M/M M/F F/F etc is there violence, is there sex, is there a cyborg alien squirrel that sparkles like a disco ball? you need to get people's attention by not just showing that you are there, but also by what is there too.

to me a story title, just like for a chapter should reflect whats happening, to some degree. I have a story called "When a heart cracks" because in the story im messing with the MCs heart, his emotions and just really putting him through hell before things get better. so the title fits. I would say maybe a name like ........ debts and sodime ? you will know the title when you see it.

one way to also do it is to write what you think or feel should have happened instead, like an alternate episode of ......... where ........... does or does not die and ........ happens. or something like that

I counted every letter and grammatical symbol, I was at about 217 ish, the fact that I had the first Summary already on my story makes me thing that there MIGHT have been something generating more spaces because it was there to begin with something didn't like what I was trying to do.

see what i was thinking for a villain type story was, more that he/she does have a goal, a vision for something. (still working details) when fighting starts, this person is more than willing to use or do anything to have the best effect on the "target" like to demoralize the people their fighting by burning the orphanage or sending something in there to eat all the little kiddies. an attack on the idealism/culture/religions of the people, would be to not just destroy the churches/temples but to also capture all the priests, priestess etc and do horrible things to or with them. the women should be obvious, taking their "pure" bodies and defiling them by making them the breeding cows for the monsters, the males would probably be used as food. the best part of it all, using the joker and deadpool as examples, is that they enjoy every moment of it, they personally enjoy killing the old man in the village while he/she rapes his grand daughter in front of him. dont need the "evil" toon laughing unless its to show just how crazed the person is. I can see a true villain leading by both their ideals and fear, because if you try to leave the army, you just might become the next meal of the dragon or next in line to bare the child of X monster, kind of like jaba the hut if you will. that was just what I was thinking, everyone has made good points though. so if it was broken down, a true villain should ...... 1: have no problem doing disturbing things, may even like it/get off on it 2: force their will on others that can not fight back. 3: use questionable means to get what they want. 4: does not always keep their word unless its in special situations of respect or spite 5: ? lol. Trump is just a moron. as for the villain thing. I can see the not caring for others bit, that people are only there to "serve me" mentality, like raiding a village and taking all the young virgin maidens and using them as sex slaves or breeding stock for monsters. subjugating a people to do what he/she wants for a goal that only helps them and willing to step on anything including puppies to get what they want. I think that someone like this who actually has power, would probably flaunt it, just like JD mentioned with Trump, he flaunts his potential political power because he has it and can, would do something personally himself just to say "look how bad I am"

for the moment, i guess a more general one is whats needed, someone that will walk into town and X then work at his command center and order Bob to go and ........ using nintendo characters for example, Bowser just kidnaps the princess every chance he gets, ganon/ganondorf just over throws the kingdom but not much else. now if they subjugated the people to work in the mines, even the little kids, im thinking there is a reall ass in need of an ass kicking. but thats just my thoughts and they feel limited to what im looking for or even trying to communicate.

Im looking for some pointers on how to make a true villain, someone that you want to see the good guy brutally beat to death before ripping out his spine and shoving it up his ass kind of thing. im tired of seeing megatron's, cobra commander clones and skeletor ripoffs that dont actually do anything actually bad, more just annoying than anything. any thoughts on this? one thought I had for a fantasy setting would be like a warlord ridding in on his animal and personally throws a fireball into an orphanage killing everyone in it, or sending something hungry inside to eat everyone inside it. that's someone I would hate and love to see get his ass kicked

I want to use the Templars, Paladins and Crusaders as different branches of a religious military inside a kingdom, trying to think of any fandoms or historical reference to explain how i mean it. but their an independent military of the "Church" and can act without any real blessings from the king/queen and both church and state are watching each other for crossing any lines inside their own borders. Church uses Paladins to do your typical holy ish magic thing around the land/s by fighting undead and demons, the Templars are reserved for heavy combat but also to act as more of a ...... royal? guard for the priests etc while the crusaders are out looking for special things, sources of divine power or even evil magic to be cleansed. I guess you could say that the game Dragon age played a role in this idea for them a bit. the Amazons would be more of a branch of the same religion, just different ....... Catholic and Protestant i guess? the same yet different on key things. to think of it this way, both valks and the archons are the front line warriors for the celestial forces, their origins are the same, both coming from mortals that died in battle whose soul was not corrupted, from there if they live long enough, they can become more powerful until they both become an angel in the higher ranks up to the final Arch angel.

In the real world, Witch, Druid, Shaman and Witch Dr, even Warlock have been associated with magic in some way or another, mostly out of paranoia and ideological BS from idiots, persecuted by others and so on. I know the history. Warlocks was also the name given to male witches too, never understood why on that one. ​now also in the real world, what most people "THOUGHT" were people practicing magic, was mostly just pagan beliefs, herbalism or someone just being smarter than everyone else. later it was a means to cause fear in people, both by the "witch hunters" and the "witches" to make people do what they wanted etc, but some were just nuts too. what does escape me, as an atheist, is the cultural side of it, the history i can know. speaking on the magic side again, people once thought a priest, monk, oracle or others like that had divine power/magic too. if you have a strange staff, an odd hat and impractical clothing, you were probably magical. I see the valks as warriors because of a few things, first they are armed and have armor on, if you have these things then that must mean you know how to use them and would do so from time to time, right? however the general role would still be the same for my uses. ​I haven't seen anything on the origins of Valks, where they came from only that they were the maidens of Odin, to which I have created a ....... not a religion but sect? of warrior women like Amazons that when they die in a honorable way, they can become a Valk. this is also why i need a male counterpart on the demi god side, finding none I went with Archon and that is what male mortals become.

the reason im pulling from multi cultures, is because the setting im thinking of, is multicultural, many kingdoms etc. think of it this way. Zeus is fighting Chronos, who made an army of ....... bright pink blobs that are eating the worshipers of the gods, one of the pink blobs eats ........ a cow off a viking long boat that belonged to a follower of Odin that was going to sacrifice it to his god (Odin) so now Odin is pissed because he didnt get his cow, because even he needs a strong cup of coffee/tea in the morning, the blobs are eating the followers and in turn making the gods not so godly, so they cant fight Chronos and stop the blobs so they need an army of things they summon or what have you to take care of the mortal problem that pesters them too. its not the actual story, just making a point. Mayans and Aztecs are south americans up into mexico and Texas area. I know what the origins of a Warlock are, they are just as magical as a Witch, Druid, Shaman, Witch Dr and the Tooth fairy. I do intend to mix and match many cultures, European ones including vikings I can make fit, just like Japanese, Chinese, Korean or anyone else from Asian area. NOW please keep in mind, I am only asking about these things because if i can not use it directly to fit my use, i can at least use it as reference to create a custom creature, thing or army. well for the shaman, im thinking of something kind of like the Orc shaman from WarCraft 3 or World of Warcraft ish, it does need refinement because im just starting to touch on this part of the idea. the Dr fits for the Gamma Orcs because its more brutal, not so much communing with spirits or anything, but more of making a deal and offering sacrifices or other nasty things to the dark spirits. then is the Warlock ...... he uses demonic powers i'm not sure what more to say about him..... yet

that is true, but some of the tribal style is the same, hell even the aztec or mayans had people dressing up in the skins of animals for some of their rituals. but i would say shaman would be more native american ish than the other two.

too true BW, i just thought i would first try and see what i could find out first. I want to have the berserkers for the Orcs to fit in with their shaman, witch doctors and warlocks. Templars, Paladins and Crusaders were going to be classes but also have different roles as mortals. ........ i guess an Arcon could work
