well that was a fun birthday! NOT! damn 13 yr old nephew had to throw a fit cuz i wanted to go to a bar for my birthday! I spent the WHOLE DAY with him..ugh! im 39yrs old and im already tired.

well my laptop sucks atm. i visit certain sites and the internet goes in and out. cant do much! no one else has this issue with the internet but me! i dont want to factory reset it cuz then i lose the story that took me a while to create! ugh! suggestions?

wow just wow you guys gave me alot to think about and do! i love the support! @Desiderius Price we currently have 2 computers, my laptop, 5 cell phones, and my sister is connected thru her xbox in the playroom. my parents computers might be the ones getting the most access since they are connected by the ethernet cords. @Wilde_Guess I do pay the spectrum bill so i guess i can make a stink to them but its under my dads name. um as to my dad moving it from the basement to the office (or livingroom) he can barely walk at times. we do have other capable people who can do it but it is all up to my dad and hes very, very anal about stuff. this is a recent thing with fubar. we did get a 5G transmitter installed across the street like 4 months ago but i doubt it would wait til now to do anything. I am looking into everything you guys wrote and hopefully i can get this resolved soon. thanks

so update: i can access fu and have no issues if i am in my parents office which the spectrum equipment is right under my feet (in the basement) so i guess it was a signal issue or still the site. but no issues if i am in the office. still gonna look into your guys suggestions so thanks!

@BronxWench there is no error messages i get when i go on Fubar. the wifi just tries to reconnect.
@Desiderius Price i am in the living room at the moment but havent been on the site yet. the modem is right under me. it might be hard to run and ethernet cable from the basement to my room. the house is build weird and we would need a long, long ethernet cable.
ill look into a usb wifi adaptor. maybe that will be the best thing at the moment. and of course this little issue is giving me ideas for a story! lol. go figure

sorry i havent been on. work was getting ready for inventory so ive been busy. so my laptop isnt that old. its like 2 years. it is a lenovo thinkpad 11e chromebook 3rd. not sure if that helps any. i did back it up already. its on google docs on my phone. it connects with my phone as well. as for the internet. I am upstairs in the house usually and the spectrum equipment is in the basement. I am not the only one having internet issues. My sister does and she lives in the playroom. they have issues connecting from time to time. oh and its not this site if you all wanted to know. i have no issues with this. it is a site called fubar that i have the issues.

UPDATE: nephew has a virus so hes home til monday. my mothers Gout acted up. all is good!

@Deadman no not burning man. there are people out there who are willing to pay for the mountain dew out of the country! It was only two bottles of the honeydew mountain dew. the other two are purple thunder. the shipping is what did me in cuz the seller is from Indiana.

It has been a LONG while since I’ve been active here! And I don’t know how many this will reach but here goes. About ten years ago, someone reached out and I’m guessing gave me a link to one of their stories, possibly for the purpose of me trying to be a beta? I’m not sure: I really suck at being a beta. As shown because I finally went through my files and found it. I’ve already asked my closest friends but it’s a no from them. IF ANY OF YOU HAS EVER SHARED A STORY WITH ME, PLEASE LET ME KNOW: this story is good and I would like to tell the author and apologize.

yep. both do have jobs but they are getting dicked around. something like they need to get paid more if they work different hours or something like that and its like the HR lady for them doesnt want to redo all the checks for them so they get paid the right amount or something. yeah. doesnt help that they have to move into my parents playroom for a month until they file taxes and then get a new place to live. that is the really fucked up part and i wont even get into that but ill just say it involves an uncle from the other side of the fam being a slum lord. *smh*

both hubby and boyfriend work but they are getting dicked around at work (her words). im still applying to amazon because i found out after my vacation that no one in my store is getting that $2 raise. Which fricking sucks. I did buy that pikachu squishmellow. it was only $20. lol oh shes paying me back by giving me rides home from work since im back to 1 to 10 instead of the 12-9 they offered to me. but anytime she gets the money she owes down to a certain point, it goes back up. im just tired of her.

@InvidiaRedif you was talking about me, nothing epic just drank too much soda in highschool to cause me to lose my teeth. oh and when i was a small child i was accident prone. i tripped on a sidewalk and landed on my teeth so now i got buck teeth along with the crooked and missing teeth.
@Desiderius Pricethey wanted to do a root canal and cap it but that would have cost me money i dont have so i had it pulled. but i might need to go back to get the right side done now cuz that side now hurts! i can never win!!!!
