    I would love to strangle whomever in HR came up with the less is more policy. Running skeleton crews is not how one runs a customer service based business.

      No, it most certainly is not. The Elon Musk School of Management needs to be burned to the ground, in my ever-so-humble opinion. Without customer service, you’ll have no customers, and no business.
