Okay well, then you’re probably going to like a few of the other stories I have planned. At least 2 of the stories are all women. There are two other chapters in OIR coming up you might enjoy then. I wouldn’t have guessed that given your interest in the polyamory of the current story. Most of the stuff I’ve written off AFF are femmeslash in nature.

I appreciate that, although I try to be my own thing for obvious reasons. However, I’d love any feedback you want to give on the stories I have written in the Riverdale fandom. I’m kinda out on a limb with the fandom. It’s probably the first one outside of my original fandom that I’m writing in. Though it won’t be the last.

Well I can’t guarantee that. It’s certainly under consideration but like I said, I’m a big Beronica shipper. Still, I liked that they finally tried new dynamics in season 7 like Vughead. Though I’ve been playing with a few different dynamics in some other stories. Including the one that comes up right after this story. Just gotta get two more chapters finished.

I didn’t mind the murder mystery or the fact that Jughead was involved. My big issue was how crazy some people got about the whole Bughead situation. I think it would’ve been more interesting if they had simply played the story differently. They made it so Bughead, Varchie and Choni were the only pairings allowed Like you said, it’s not the writers/author’s job to do everything the fans want. Which is what they did. For me, the more interesting story is to flip the traditional love triangle dynamic on its head. Instead of it being Archie trying to choose between Betty and Veronica, you make it that Betty has to choose between Archie and Veronica. Or maybe Veronica has to choose between Archie and Betty. Which is sorta what I wanna play with in the story I’m writing. At least on some basic level.

Then I suspect you’ll probably enjoy the complete story when I finally release it. Also, the next chapter of my “Only in Riverdale” story might be something you’d enjoy. You know, I liked what they did with season 7 and I think they were probably planning to do something like it before the fans got in the way with a lot of their crazy plans. It could’ve been so much more. As a Beronica shipper, I would’ve loved to see that fully explored beyond what we actually ended up getting.

Well I can’t guarantee a full polyamory story. Partly because I’m not clear on the definition of “full” in this context. I’m not really a Jarchie fan.

Oh it definitely didn’t go into as much detail as my story does. More just implied in retrospect, only barely scratching the surface. There was actually a “quad” relationship though.

Thanks @GeorgeGlass for the review on my Christmas piece. To clarify something. This is actually the first chapter in the story. So this is the background for the rest of the story to jump off from. Basically, I have 11 other chapters, only 8 of which I’ve written so far. My main concern was that nothing in the next 10 chapters has Santa or anything really to do with Christmas. Just more exploration of things brought up in this chapter. In the show, they actually explored exactly what you suggested. But not fully. Which is partly why I’m writing this piece.

Mine is up. Merry Christmas Betty and Veronica: After a weird experience changes their perspective on each other, Betty and Veronica decide to go away for the Christmas holidays with their boyfriends. When they finally confront what happened, they decide to explore what exactly it means.

I’m not sure if it’s just me, but I have noticed a lot fewer emails coming out when I’m creating posts here or anywhere. A couple times I got them later but often not at all.

I guess what I’m saying is, should I post it for Christmas as: “Merry Christmas” And then the version with multiple chapters is called: “The Getaway” Or can I just post the first chapter of “The Getaway” and then later add a second chapter, a third, etc.

Perhaps although would it have to be a completely different story? With a different title and everything? Or could I just add a new chapter later?

Well, in theory it could. Although it kinda sets up a bigger story. Basically, it’s set in Riverdale where Betty, Veronica, Archie and Jughead go on a winter getaway to a cabin and decide once at the cabin to “explore their options”. In the chapter, on the way to the cabin they happen upon Santa by the side of the road having sleigh trouble and they help him get on his way. But that’s basically the end of anything Christmas related.

Hmm, I almost want to post my story here even though it’s not totally finished just for the heck of it. Mainly because it has Santa in it. I am on Chapter 6 of an 11 part and the first part does focus on Christmas.

Backstage Pass Chapter 4 is up Summary: Josie has been trying to deal with some hecklers at her concerts during her tour across the country. Yeah, I just had 3 different things happen at the same time and it was extremely frustrating. There are a couple weird things in the past few weeks. If I could post under my own profile, I would have posted that way. But for whatever reason I don’t have that here. But I’m not necessarily as upset about that. I just needed a place to say it where I wouldn’t get problems.

It’s very frustrating. Without getting too much into the details I’ve had 3 separate platforms all give me grief in one way or another for something that wasn’t a big deal. But in one case, I decided not to be explicit in saying something and people took issue with me holding back. This is getting annoying.
