No, it's not. It's nearly waist length. Hasn't been trimmed in over a year, so it's getting ratty at the ends and tangles all the time. Trim = 6" give or take to get it in shape. Cut = aprox. shoulder length, most likely, with the cut portion being donated to Locks of Love. Grows pretty fast, so.... Cut or Trim?
