Its nice to know the red tape is self-aware.

I kinda feel like you might just maybe be sentient red tape masquerading as a person.

Anyone could devise a better system that isn’t fueled by needless red tape.
Bah. The sooner I’m out of the restaurant/retail the happier i’ll be.

Feds run on red tape, it’d fall apart without the bureaucracy needed to maintain the bureaucracy.

And then there’s the background check. I’ve submitted Round Two and I’m waiting for the next step, That should be the personal meeting to be sworn in. Oh, and sign more paperwork.

I always liked the musical acts more, they were a lot more reliable than the terribly pun-ishing writing. There’s a few specialty foods I liked there, like scotch eggs. Did you go in costume?

My dentist said it was okay to procrastinate, so I’m taking that as a prescription!  (Well, it was regarding whether I needed a crown sooner vs later….)

Oh man, that can be me too often.  Not always, but it’s bloody annoying when it happens, more so because I know I’m procrastinating at the time!

There are healthier alternatives and outlets to satisfy your inner masochism. 
That said. Bronxwench said it best.
