Please reread what is posted at the top of this thread:
AFF does not condone the passing around of other people's works via email. If the author in question is no longer participating in the fan fiction community and is not herself emailing these scenes, then that should be respected.
The first step is clearing your cache and cookies and this FAQ will help you do that.
Once that is done, you can follow these steps to validate your account. Be sure to follow them exactly as laid out, and it should be fine.
If you've sent an email to Tech Support, you'll be added to the queue to have the multiple accounts merged. Without your penname, I can't check to see if multiple accounts are the issue, however.
We have one tech admin, so please be patient and give us at least 48 hours to process your email.

Hi, and sorry to hear you're having issues. What you need to do is look for an email containing a validation link. It may have been sent to your Spam or Junk folder, so please check there. You need to click on that link and follow the instructions from there.
If you've already done that, are you using the log-in in the upper right corner of the screen, or the log-in in the middle of the screen? The correct place to log in is at the upper right corner of the screen. Enter your email and password in the fields there and see if you can access your account.
The format for birthdays requires two digits each for the month and day, and four digits for the year, so if the month is January, it would be entered as 01, or if you were born on the ninth day, it would be entered as 09.
