Are you using the login fields in the upper right corner of the screen? Those are the proper fields. Type in your email and your password and once you've hit enter, look up in the upper right corner. If you are logged in, you will see your archive pen name at the top of the brown oval.

I can have the system email you the password we have on record. Use the password it shows as the one of record, and once you've activated your account, and can log in successfully, you can update your password to what you want, provided it is at least 8 characters long.
