I'd recommend clearing your cache and cookies and trying a fresh log in after restarting. Occasionally, a cookie string will get corrupted and that can cause problems accessing the user panel. If that doesn't help, let us know and we'll look into what else might be causing the problem. I am using Chrome and not having an issue myself, and Firefox also gave me no problem, which is why I believe it's most likely the cookies.
