The first thing is that you can't use the same password when resetting. If you tend to use the same few passwords across various sites, you may have inadvertently done just that. If you're sure you didn't, then was it at least 8 characters long? And don't forget, passwords are case sensitive, so that means if you used a capital letter when you created the password, you need to use it when you log in as well.

Round two of reporting done. Is there a contact at the admin level I can email? This is utterly objectionable, to read her racist, bigoted, vile rants. If a site that allows 13 year old children to join can't see fit to remove this, then maybe they need to understand that their advertisers may find it as objectionable as we do.

Actually, the recaptcha only triggers when you initially upload the story. Adding chapters via a copy and paste from a word processing program does not trigger a recaptcha.

Hi, There's likely one of two things happening. The first would be that you are using the login boxes in the center, which only work during activation. You need to log out and then log back in using the fields in the upper right corner. You need to use the email address you used during the account creation as well. The second would be that when you reset the password, you either did not use at least 8 characters, or when you are inputting it, you entered it without remembering that it's case sensitive. If you used any upper case letters when creating it, you need to do that every time. Another frequent issue is resetting the password and using the same one, which blanks the field and means you have to reset it again,using a new password. Let us know if this works or not.
