Made the appt to have one of our dogs put down. Now I feel horrible even though I know its for the best...

So, things that happen that you don't expect. Last night at midnight I heard first response, then the cops, then the fire department and ambulance. I look outside and their all in front of the B building off our complex. This morning I find out that there was a fire and someone died. I'm very grateful that they put it out before things got worse. I am sorry for the woman who did die but sadly it could have been a hundred times worse.

It says a lot about a girl when asked what the want to do that evening and their answer is "raid a doughnut shop." Or maybe it just says a lot about their day.

Survived first day of school... now lets see if I'll make it through the week

The new monthly word prompt challenge will be starting next month! I'll try and remember to think US dates so it starts and stops on the correct days according to the US.

Talk about fates. Sick migraine at work, left the races ... came home to a phone call from an old friend I haven't talked to in months. She needed to vent. Her 44 year old sister lost a 7 year battle with cancer. So glad I was home to take the call.

Today we are literally celebrating a momentus occasion, my dragon turns two. No more babies in my house. As is tradition she gets to do as she likes. This of course is making my day a tad more difficult since what she wants to do is.... color on walls get into everything and eat everything out of the fridge. Lets not forget, scream and run at the top of her lungs.

is happy! Going back to school since being on probation since 07!!!! Got aid so i can try again..so all stories will be on hiatus for a while!

So, even with many computer glitches I have broken a writer's bad habit. I have managed to finish and post TWO stories. Instead of writing half of it and getting bored and moving on. I'm very proud of that
