I have officially stopped talking to my mother. She apparently don't appreciate what I did for her if she calls me up yelling about how I feel about her not cleaning when I done so much work to that house.

A pulled muscle behind my right knee, a pulled muscle in my left shoulder and a pulled muscle in my back, 3 boxes of DVD's, 1 box of clothing, a load of laundry starting, 4-6 boxes of knickknacks and decorations, and 3 cleaned rooms later my mother's house is packed and pretty much cleaned. Ow...

Have you tried taking an alieve or something with naprox. sodium at least? It'll help with any pain and swelling.

I took a couple Ibruprofins, it's helped today with a lot of the swelling, but my shoulder I think took the most damage. I'm keeping an eye on it, hopefully it doesn't turn black and blue again.
