I have. Several actually. In fact, I met the (now former) Premier of the province I live in and the (at the time, future) Prime Minister of Canada (that would be Stephen Harper for those who don't know) in one evening. Gotta love being the only person in an organization that can speak publicly bloody fundraisers... BTW, didn't vote for either of them I have never wanted to run for office.

I agree with Sam on this one. It's one of those conversations that need to happen in every family. I have had it with both my parents and my husband, and they all know my wishes and I know theirs and that, in my mind, is how it should be. It isn't an easy conversation to have, but it is a necessary one no matter which side of the debate you fall on.

I am thinking that there is nothing wrong with being a sadist... as long as you find a willing party to torture.

Not guilty. I tried to quit smoking for an ex... but wasn't successful. I guess you could say that I gave up smoking and drinking for the baby... but I don't see it that way. G/NG - Had to give up their vices when they had children.
