Here's the score - You can write whatever pairing you want, but there need to be at least five stories for any given pairing to get their own section for people to look for them in. Before that, they go in one of the non character specific sections. Chances are if there are enough next gen pairings, nobody's asked for the section to be set up yet. Go find five Rose/Scorpius stories and request a new catagory on the catagory board, or write five, then request it. Also, you need to register seperately for the forum to your archive account.
